The Space:

Soft daylight filters into the living area as you ease into the day, whether you’re planning a visit to nearby Orlando attractions or simply enjoying a slower morning at home. Time flows easily here - a quiet coffee at the dining table, a refreshing swim, or an afternoon spent exploring the resort just steps away. Evenings invite you to settle in, share meals, and unwind together in a space designed for gathering.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across two levels, offering space and flexibility for up to 11 guests. Downstairs, you’ll find one bedroom with 1 Queen bed and another with 1 King bed. Upstairs includes a bedroom with 1 King bed, one with 2 Twin beds, and an additional room with 1 Bunk bed Twin over Queen. Four bathrooms throughout the home help make mornings and evenings run smoothly.



Indoor living

The open living area provides room to relax, watch TV, or spend time together between outings. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected if needed. The kitchen offers a comfortable space to cook and gather, paired with an indoor dining area suited for shared meals or games. A washer and dryer add convenience, while bathroom essentials, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets are provided for your stay. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.



Outdoor living

Step outside to your private pool, where you can enjoy a swim or opt for optional heat during your stay. The patio or balcony and backyard offer space to sit back, enjoy the fresh air, or prepare a meal on the BBQ grill. A private entrance adds to the sense of ease and privacy throughout your stay.

Set within the ChampionsGate community in Davenport, you’re within easy reach of Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, along with nearby shopping and dining at Posner Park. Access to I-4 and Highway 27 makes getting around Central Florida simple, whether you’re heading to the parks or exploring the surrounding area.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
