Enjoy a partial view of the ocean and a wide view of the shared pool from your balcony. It's just the beginning of your stay at this fabulous condo, all set up with amenities to help your stay go smoothly and offering a great location steps from the beach.

In addition to a pool, you can also enjoy access to a hot tub, sauna, charcoal grill, and tennis and pickleball courts during your stay. When you return at the end of your day of adventure, central air-conditioning will be there to greet you when you walk through the door. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and a breakfast bar for casual meals. There are also many high-end restaurants over near Rosemary Beach, just five and a half miles down the road if dining out on vacation is your passion.

Younger guests can enjoy relaxing on the built-in bunk beds, while guests of the main bedroom can enjoy a private deck entrance and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a soaking tub. Set your towels and swimsuits to go in the private washer/dryer, and settle into the plushly furnished living room.

Things to Know
Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.
Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.
No boats, trailers, motorcycles, buses, RVs, or jet skis.
An electric vehicle charger is available for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
