Nuestro condominio de alquiler de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños semanales está idealmente ubicado frente a la entrada de South Beach en Marco Island. El condominio cuenta con cocina completa, comedor, sala de estar con centro de entretenimiento, lavandería, lanai con mosquitero con vista al jardín y vista parcial al mar, cable y acceso inalámbrico a Internet DSL. El condominio puede acomodar hasta 6 personas usando la opción de sofá cama / colchón de aire Queen 18 '. El condominio está ubicado en el piso superior del edificio, lo que le brinda una hermosa vista desde la terraza. Tendrá acceso completo a la piscina privada del condominio con parrilla al aire libre, canchas de tenis y estacionamiento privado. Disfrutará de las prístinas playas de arena blanca de Marco Island, así como de actividades como paseos en bote, pesca, tenis, golf, restaurantes, tiendas y bombardeos.
Características del condominio: nuestra proximidad a la pasarela de acceso público para South Beach en Marco Island hace de este condominio una ubicación ideal. Debido al acceso directo a la playa, este condominio es la mejor oferta en la isla: ¡propiedad casi frente a la playa sin precios frente a la playa! A diferencia de otros condominios en la isla con instalaciones de lavandería públicas compartidas, el nuestro cuenta con lavandería dentro de la unidad. Debido a la ubicación estratégica de la esquina del piso superior del condominio, la vista desde la terraza / balcón completamente protegida ofrece una vista del jardín del parque, así como una vista parcial del océano al otro lado de la calle. Esta vista parcial del océano también se puede disfrutar desde la sala de estar.

Best Location for Beach Fun!

This property is right across the street from the beach. It is older but is very clean and well stocked. We had a great time and the location is perfect for families that love beach time!

A lovely, clean property in very close proximity to the beach..just steps away from the south end of Marco beach. The condo had all the amenities you need for a beach trip including plenty of towels, a wagon, chairs, tent, umbrella and more! We enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee and family time around the table. Inside, the full kitchen was great! We grilled poolside and took advantage of the elevators and carts to move our stuff in/out. A comfy couch is very important to me on a trip and this was great. Anything that came up, the management company was quickly responsive, friendly, & accommodating. Property photos were fully accurate.

Everything we needed, great location

Loved our stay here. The condo had every single thing we needed so we could focus on having fun. The pool was amazing. It was so warm! The beach was very close, literally across the street and down a cute little path. Easy, free parking. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location

Pros: Location is fabulous , ambiance when sitting at the balcony is perfect , proximity to beach and tons of restaurants , privacy is great and communication from management and owner are great!! Cons: little bit outdated condo, especially the bathrooms and beds need major changes. Master bed has significant dips and me and my spouse woke up with shoulder and neck pain almost every day. Kids beds were the same as well. If you or any of your family members are above 5.5 FT .. watch out for the ceiling fan in living room when it’s on.

Condo neeeds alot of updates including fresh paint

Master bedroom mattress was old and very uncomfortable. Spare room twin beds were comfortable. Kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced. One pot was burned on the bottom and it could not be cleaned. The other large pot had a hole in it. The kitchen had 2 frying pans and one of them did not have a handle. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread. Cooking utensils were very limited. As for the appearance of the condo, kitchen cabinets were old and painted; however, it could be overlooked if the kitchen had adequate supplies. Furniture was fine. The entire condo needs to be painted and cleaned. Floor was very dirty upon arrival.

Marco Island Getaway

We had a great holiday on Marco Island. (My husband and I, and our daughter and 10 month old grand daughter). The weather was warm and sunny everyday, so beautiful sunsets each night, and a full moon during our stay as well. The layout of the condo was perfect for us, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the master had an ensuite, and each of the bedrooms were a good size. The king size master bed mattress was brand new, and very comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted with all the resources we needed to be able to cook and eat most of our meals 'at home'. The air conditioning for the condo was efficient and easy to regulate. The area in the condo we enjoyed most was the screened in balcony. We ate all our meals there, beautiful views from this top level (4th floor) of the building. The outdoor pool was a perfect temperature, we spent time in this area usually twice a day. Grocery shopping is close, and the beach access is right across the street from the condo building. We each took turns going to yoga on the beach which was wonderful. The other people in the building were friendly and welcoming. There was a pack n play and baby seat for us to use, thank you for these resources. We recommend this spot. Thanks.

Seaview, Marco Island

Great property, clean and well stocked. We especially loved the screened in porch with ceiling fan. We spent hours there, reading, playing games and people watching. He even had a peek at the ocean. Although on a main thoroughfare it was very quiet. The pool was very nice and except for Easter week finding a lounger was not a problem! We would definitely return!

Great location near beach

The condo was clean, comfortable and close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and activities. Plenty of amenities were included such as beach chairs and towels, fishing equipment, and tennis rackets,/balls. Within the condo we enjoyed breakfast/coffee on the screened in porch each morning, used the well stocked kitchen to prepare breakfasts and lunches and appreciated having the washer and dryer handy. It was a wonderful home away from home just steps from the beach! Marco Island is a clean, safe community and despite it being Spring Break season, it did not seem crowded.

Best place on Marco for the price!!

Hear me out. The property is not brand new. Don’t expect it. However, the owners have gone above and beyond to provide a fully stocked, well cleaned condo in an unbeatable location. Comfy beds. Cozy furnishings. All the beach gear you’ll need. Easy check-in and check-out process. This stay made me fall in love with Marco Island.

What a great location!

Everything was within reach and during a holiday weekend not to have to find parking was a blessing. The kids loved the pool which was right downstairs and you can walk to beach in 6 minutes! They had all the toys you might want. Great amount of space. Just not a fan of the condition of the shower in the mater bath, old and deteriorating. Cleaners skip cleaning under the furniture, but other than that very well kept and had all the amenities. Could use updating, but then again the price was perfect for a week's stay. I look forward to coming back!

Great location and supplies.

We've stayed at Seaview many times and definitely would return to this property. Great beach supplies and comfy beds. Good if you have little kids. I would just recommend that the condo # is placed on the keys on in the pick up packet. Be sure to confirm the condo # with property owner before arriving.

Great Location

The positives were the location across from South Beach and the location within the development - - top floor with no adjoining units on either side. This must have been a premium condo in its prime. However, the negative is that this is an original unit in an older building. The single elevator malfunctioned more than once during our stay. The condo itself is in rundown rental condition. There were broken items and some items that were barely functional. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding in the 2nd bedroom didn't seem clean. We were able to tolerate the shortcomings because we had beautiful weather and spent most of our time outside. (Side note: one of our personal old, beat-up beach chairs of no value was stolen from the private parking lot. It didn't seem like this was the type of place that we needed to be concerned with theft, but be cautious.) In sum, we enjoyed our two weeks, but I wouldn't choose that condo again.

Great location and had everything you’d ever need!

This condo is perfectly located at the entrance of the public beach, walkable to restaurants, and a short drive to everything else! The building itself is very quiet and the pool was great! The unit had everything you’d ever need, from beach items to cooking needs. If there was anything I could suggest, would be to purchase a new master bedroom mattress (uncomfortable, sunken in). Mattresses in the second room were comfortable and appeared to be newer.

Perfect Location

This rental had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! It was very clean and located just a short walk to the beach. Complete with beach cart and chairs. The pool was great also. If we come back to Marco we would definitely choose this condo again.

Great proximity to the beach

This property is nice because it's right across the street from a beach access path. The cart provided was a life saver in helping us haul our gear back and forth each day. The pool was really nice as well for those times when we didn't want to get sandy. The property itself was well equipped and had everything we needed, however it is very dated and could use some upgrades. We had family staying in other units that seemed much more modern, but we were very comfortable and really can't complain. We especially appreciated that there was a high chair and pack and play (with a softer mattress) provided for our youngest daughter! That was a life saver with the flight down! Marco is also currently RIDDLED with mosquitoes, which is our biggest complaint of the trip. We were eaten alive, even with bug spray. Please warn incoming renters that they'll need to be prepared for the bugs, they were ridiculous! The saving grace was that this unit is on the 4th floor, so the bugs weren't as bad for us as they were for family members who were staying in 1st floor units (with all the bushes right outside their doors). Despite the bugs, we'll be back, we really enjoyed our visit, the condo, and the beautiful beach!
