Completely renovated 1 bedroom on first floor Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club

Completely renovated 1 bedroom across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features everything a small family, couple or small group needs. Features include new shower, new appliances and everything you possibly need in a kitchen. I grew up on this Beach and am excited to share this condo with you. This building is located .5 miles from the Boardwalk and all the restaurants, bars and entertainment.The building is mixed with year round people and short term renters. Super friendly place and one of few dog friendly condos. Only well trained pets that are not disruptive being left alone welcomed. Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is directly across the street from Gulf .This building provides outdoor pool with new lounge chairs, workout room, sauna, laundry facility and tennis courts. The unit is conveniently on the first floor with a great view of Little Sabine Bay. There are adirondack chairs and 2 charcoal grills directly below for your use as well. This unit has a patio with a rattan sofa and high top table to enjoy dinner and drinks.All this unit needs is you! Enjoy!

Inlet view with occasional boats passing by, toilet was very low to the floor. I have never seen a toilet this short, very uncomfortable and hard fir a tall person to use. Everything else was good

Absolutely deserves all the good reviews it has received. It was quiet and peaceful. Right next to the elevator. Easy to get into. The decor is absolutely lovely! It is clean. I would go back and stay a month if I were able to. I will mention just for informational purposes, that you have to take the elevator down (or walk) to the pool and "backyard" area. The only thing that I might change would be a taller toilet for those who cannot get up from low places easily, everything else was perfect. My husband said "this is the best place you've ever rented!" We loved it.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Perfect proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave. The condo and building overall are very well maintained and there was so much to do! Thank you for letting us stay we will be back!

Beautiful well taken care of property. Great pool and pool area. The condo set up was great. Great location!!! Host very responsive. Well stocked kitchen. Even bathroom has hairdryer, straightener, curling iron. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion. The key lock box is in a dark area take flashlight even in day time. Easy in and out, has elevators, luggage carts. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella. Door dash and Walmart delivers there.

Relaxed, Reenergized and Happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Can walk to Flounders in one direction or Peg Leg Pete in the other direction. As for the condo, everything was very welcoming and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed including Pam cooking spray and even a variety of spices. Plenty of tv channels to watch in den and in bedroom. Cold a/c for sound sleeping at night. The bed was quite comfortable - slept all night. Relaxing furniture in den and on the porch - took many naps. Lots of niceties were provided such as extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, hand soap and Dawn dish detergent, games to play, cards, puzzles and books to read - - all were greatly appreciated. Convenient location on the 1st floor which is the main entrance. My little Yorkie enjoyed the nice grassy yard spaces and they were so easily accessible. Poopy bags are provided in the lobby and outside near the pier. So, the ONLY downside is that there is no washer and dryer in the unit. HOWEVER, the small “laundry room” is so easy to get to and use - down one floor and right outside the elevator. There are several washers and dryers and I only paid 1.00 for a top load washer and 50 cents for two 15 minutes sessions of drying time. There is also two large folding tables provided and several laundry carts to haul your stuff back to the condo. What else can I say but “Book It”, you won’t regret it.

Great location

We had a wonderful time! We appreciate that we could bring our pup and the location is perfect. We walked to the beach and the pier. The bed was comfortable. The condo is very nice and there is a beautiful view if the water. Unfortunatley, one of the living room end table lamps was broken and the last cleaning of floors and counters was not thorough. Overall we had a great time and would recommend it.

Returning home

Great location. Decoration scheme gave it a perfect beachy feel. Perfect for that long weekend vacation. Very peaceful and outstanding view of the Big Sabine.

Beautiful location

The condo is really nice. You can see the beautiful sunset frim the balcony which over looks the water. The beach is just a short walk across the street. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

Wonderful week stay!

Stephanie’s condo is everything it says it is and more. The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable. Sitting area larger than pictures make it seem. The outside patio was bigger than we expected. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean. This was not just a dog friendly condo but also a dog friendly building. Several places to take them bags provided for clean up. The pool was cleaned every am the grounds were kept up and cleaned by staff. The fob in and out of the building after hours was nice too made us feel very secure. We are locals and we will be staying here when we come to the beach again. Thanks Stephanie for the early check in and for being so accommodating.

Cool and comfortable

The property was just as described. Safe area. Clean and the bed was comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and convenient to attractions. If it had not been so hot I would have walked to most of the restaurants and stores.

This rental is clean, beautiful and a great location. Close enough to walk or catch a trolly. We enjoyed the views and everyone was so nice. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Spring Break

Cute condo. Walking distance to most everything. Had beach chairs available to use. Pool was very cold , but it was the beginning of April. Had a great time, very nice place.

Very Nice!

Lovely little place with a great view of LIttle Sabine (body of water). Easy access to the Gulf across the street. Everything as described. Great place to take your dog - though the beaches are not terribly dog friendly and have no places for off leash play. Finding the lock box at checkin was not the greatest first impression - walking into a ground level stairwell next to the building’s garbage dumpsters was dark and not well maintained when we arrived. But that was minor and the unit was wonderful and the stay was delightful.

Great weekend in Pensacola!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was well appointed, very clean and tastefully decorated. The owner thought of everything - including leaving a spare beach bag and extra ice. We love this location - being between the sound and the ocean - the views are lovely and the other tenants in the building were welcoming and friendly. The check in process was seamless. We will definitely stay here again!

I grew up on beautiful Pensacola Beach. I moved to Buffalo New York for the last 25 years and am excited to now have a place back home. I have 4 children who are grown and have been coming to Pensacola Beach since they were born. They love it here! My parents live directly across the Sabine Bay which faces this unit. You have an amazing view of the Bay and when you walk out the door you are literally 30 yards to the Gulf. I went from being a Beach Kid to I guess now a Snow Bird. I have completely renovated this entire unit and am looking forward to sharing it with you!!
