Welcome to Barefoot Bungalow! This stunning three-bedroom and two-bathroom beachfront condo offers luxury and convenience. Amazing gulf views from the living room and master bedroom. This condo sleeps seven.

The condo was truly a beautiful place. The view was incredible and everything in the condo was immaculate. Lauren, our host, was first class, as she responded to any concern very promptly. We did have a couple of issues. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 elevators were not working. A large complex with only 2 elevators for an 18th floor condo required a great deal of patience. There was also balcony construction ongoing. As a result, the large pool and middle area on the deck were closed. The smaller pool was available during our week. It would have been nice to have know this prior to our booking. Lauren did reimburse us some money and offered an extra night free of charge because of these issues. However, we probably would have booked elsewhere had we known of the ongoing construction. I would encourage putting the construction issues in the details of the rental.

Overall the condo was clean, except the floors need to be cleaned better. I always bring my own Wet swifter, the pads were black after I cleaned them. This is the first thing I do when we stay at a condo.

Wonderful week stay

Wonderful stay! The beds were comfortable and the amenities at the resort are maintained very well. I was a little worried that we would be waiting a long time for elevators since the condo is on the 18th floor but we never waited more than a few minutes for an elevator. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

A wonderful place to stay!

A wonderful condo with thoughtful touches and one of the best balconies overlooking the ocean! A wonderful place to stay!Our kids loved the pool and ocean access. We enjoyed many evenings eating at the picnic tables down by the grill and ocean. Lauren is a great host.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed this condo. The beach decor was really cute and the unit was equipped with all we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The view and beach access were awesome. No complaints. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Paradise hideaway

The condo is very spacious and inviting, lovely beach themed decor, comfortable for several guests, and very clean & quiet. The large furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf provides beautiful vistas for daytime relaxation and amazing sunsets. The property offers many amenities including on-site parking and BBQ's. Close proximity to Pier Park and Wal-mart (easy 20 minute walk). Lauren is a pleasure to deal with - very timely, accessible and helpful with all queries.

Did not want to leave!

Overall our stay was fabulous. The communication was excellent. The property was clean for the most part (what they could control). The location did have an issue with drones being flown around windows (drones are not allowed on property); when my husband reported it the security officer stated that he could not do anything about it if the drone was coming from the beach. My husband informed them it was taking off and landing on a balcony. The other issue is that I registered two vehicles and one got tagged with a warning. I went to security and showed them proof of payment for registering two vehicles and he verified that both vehicles were registered. They are taking care of it and training others on how to properly verify vehicles. (Rip currents are strong and people need to be mindful of the dangers. Please watch out for your family/friends and those around you. Do not swim when lifeguards are not patrolling.)

Mother, daughter trip. We enjoyed the decor in the condo! The light over the table was stunning and besides watching the ocean it was my second most favorite. We didn’t see a lot of people during our stay at Sunrise resort which was a bonus. I had the heated pool all to myself one afternoon. Loved the 2 beach chair with umbrella! It is very convenient to pier park! Great location! We had a fabulous time & I would stay again in the future! Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us!

Stay here!

My family of 4 (two teens) stayed for my son’s senior year spring break! Our stay was wonderful! We loved being right on the beach and the 2 beach chairs that came with our rental were amazing! We also spent time at the pools, which was also so relaxing! Lauren was so responsive to all our questions. Having “starters” to get our week going was so appreciated! Parking on site was so convenient!! The condo had everything we needed! We loved relaxing out on the balcony as well! We walked to get Mexican, bbq, seafood, and ice cream in the evenings! A great vacation. Thank you!

Great beach property

Our names are Jim and Lauren Wilburn. We have 3 children and have been married for 15 years. We live in Nashville, Tn. We absolutely love the beach! It is where we spend every vacation. We knew early on that having a condo on the beach was something we wanted. After much planning, we finally made that dream a reality in December 2020. We are so excited to get to share with you our paradise on the beach. We hope and pray that you feel refreshed and renewed while you stay at the Barefoot Bungalow.
