Hermoso condominio frente al mar: ¡descuento para policías y militares disponible!

Condominio muy espacioso con 1,100 pies cuadrados de sala de estar. La cocina tiene hermosas encimeras de granito, junto con vanaties de mármol en ambos baños. El balcón tiene acceso directo desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. El dormitorio principal, la sala de estar y el balcón tienen fantásticas vistas del frente del Golfo y las hermosas arenas blancas por las que la ciudad de Panamá es famosa. Condominio ubicado en el primer piso para facilitar el acceso a la playa y a los paseos de mascotas. Tenemos un puesto de estacionamiento cubierto designado justo al lado de la escalera, con fácil acceso a nuestra unidad cuando no desea esperar en el elevador. Ubicado en el Complejo Dunas de Panamá, Edificio A-104, hay estacionamiento adicional a solo unos metros de distancia. Ambiente agradable y familiar asegura el disfrute de huéspedes de todas las edades. Se admiten mascotas para algunas mascotas, hable con los propietarios.

The condo was beautiful. Clean and fully stocked. View of gulf was the best. This was such a great visit to Panama City Beach. The host was always so nice. Easy access and loved the balcony.

Jane is great host and very responsive person we really enjoyed staying at here great place!

The place has great view from both master and living rooms with big windows. Everything was just great and even parking spot was under building (extra feature ), + beach chairs, close to everything, very clean. Thank you Jane!

Nice getaway

Beautiful view. Overall older condo complex, but well maintained. Nice and quiet. Perfectly set up for easy beach and pool access.

Dunes of Panama gem

Jane and Ron’s condo was much more than we expected. Decorated really nice, all the furniture was great and comfortable. The oven view was tremendous. Hope to come back next year… Our pups loved it to..

Great unit!

Loved the unit and the great beach views from it! We especially appreciated the covered parking spot and its proximity to the stairwell door next to it (kept us dry when we returned during a thunderstorm!) Jane was very easy to work with and communication was great before, during, and after the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Christmas vacation

Senior spring break

Perfect location on beach and the sunsets were beautiful. Condo has plenty of room with 2 beds and 2 baths. There was also enough room for my pets. We spent a week there and had a very nice time. Host was most helpful also. Thanks for letting us stay and relaxing during our spring break.

Everything we needed and more

Property was everything as advertised. It was my wife, myself, and out little pupster. More than enough room to be able to decompress for the week. Location is great. Close enough to be able to Doordash a lot of different restaurants. Owners have been super easy to deal with. Absolutely pleasurable experience. Would definitely stay with again.

Check in was simple, only used washer/dryer, WiFi was good. Our issue was convenience, the day after we arrived, construction started and was noisy from 8am-5pm and caused an inconvenient detour to access beach. Super hard beds, very small kitchen and recliner didn’t work.

Jamie, I'm sorry about the noise from the construction. There's never a good time for construction, however the building has to be worked on and repaired for Florida code. As for the beds being hard, I'm sorry if you found them uncomfortable. I have had multiple guests compliment the beds at the condo. The floor cleaner the housekeeper used for cleaning the kitchen floor perhaps was too concentrated. I have discussed this with her. I hope that you will come back one day, after the building repairs have been completed. Thank you for your helping us do a better job. Jane and Ron Campbell

Stunning View!

The condo was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bedroom has an extraordinary view of the ocean. Awesome televisions with any kind of shows or streaming you could ask for. Close to elevators so it was easy to take our dog out. She loved it too. We will definitely be back here again! Thank you, Jane and Ron. Wonderful folks to rent from!

I am a retired Georgia State Trooper and my wife ia a Registered Nurse. We own a farm in North west Ga above Atlanta, We have 2 children, both are grown and married and we have 3 grandchildren. We love animals and know how it is to have to leave them when you go on vacation so we are pet friendly for small pets weighing less than 40lbs; for larger animals we can try to make special arrangements and consideration.We have tried to make our unit very nice and modern, while trying to consider how hard it is to go on vacation in this current economic hard times.We ask that all of our guests make themselves at home,but to treat our home like you would your own home and to also be considerate of the guests checking in behind you.

It is safe for your children to walk around the complex and you not be afraid for their safety.We strive to keep our unit updated and nice looking for your time of enjoyment with us. We know going on vacation is expensive so we try to stay competive with our prices.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Extremely beautiful direct view of the ocean and the gorgeous white sands of Panama Beach. Very easy access to local resturants and all the ammenties that Panama City has to offer, yet quite and remote when you require that feature. Covered parking stall right next to the stairwell for quick access to the unit if you are striving to stay healthy! Elevator directly down a short hall to our door when you are moving in or out.
