Our strong recommendation is that you arrive with a car as it will allow you to explore the region easily and conveniently. We will give directions once booking is confirmed. You should not have any trouble finding our lovely home.

We kindly ask all our guests to remove shoes while indoors. House slippers will be provided.

★ CLEANING / SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Self-check-in is also employed to avoid unnecessary person-to-person contact.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT ★
Our city requires a Rental Agreement to be signed by the Responsible Booking Party. This will be presented to you for Review/e-Signature upon making a reservation. We appreciate you assisting us with staying compliant with our local ordinances. Additionally, we require a Security Deposit (Hold Authorization) 3 days prior to arrival. You will receive an email with more detail and instructions for submitting your Security Deposit after booking.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of property. They are located at the front door, plus cameras outside above exterior doors. There are NO cameras inside the house!

★ GETTING HERE ★
You will have to travel briefly on a dirt road to get to the home.

★ WEATHER ★
We recommend that guests come prepared for the weather here in the desert. In the winter, the days are pleasant but the nights can get rather chilly.

Spring and fall are some of our favorite times of the year as the weather is just right. Not too hot, not too cold. Best to dress in layers.

As for the summers, the day time highs average in the upper 90s to the low 100s. We recommend you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and plan any outdoor activities such as hiking or rock climbing for the early mornings or late evenings.

★ SEPTIC SYSTEM ★
The property uses a Septic System for waste removal. Please do not discard ANYTHING in the sinks (i.e. no food waste down kitchen sink) or toilet (other than the provided toilet paper). Following this policy will help avoid problems with the plumbing.

★ TIPS TO MAKE YOUR STAY PERFECT ★
✔ No wood or open fires during windy conditions or fire bans to avoid fires as the desert is very dry
