Si está buscando un condominio exclusivo de ambiente isleño a un precio asequible, esta unidad, ubicada a 100 yardas del océano, no lo decepcionará. Nuestro hermoso condominio de segundo piso está ubicado en el edificio 1 en el Kihei Kai Nani Resort. Tiene excelentes vistas al mar y la playa y vistas a Haleakala y las montañas del oeste de Maui. El condominio fue completamente remodelado en 2011. La remodelación incluyó gabinetes de madera de cerezo, encimeras de granito, lavadora y secadora y cama king size. Los nuevos electrodomésticos incluyen un refrigerador grande con una máquina de hielo. El piso es de baldosas en la sala de estar y cocina y madera en el dormitorio. Las paredes han sido recién pintadas en colores contemporáneos. ¡Esta unidad también tiene su propia lavadora y secadora!

El complejo Kihei Kai Nani Resort cuenta con una piscina exterior actualizada y servicio de lavandería recientemente actualizado.

Las llamadas realizadas desde el teléfono de la unidad de condominio a Canadá son gratuitas.

Gran snorkel, paddle surf (SUP), natación, caminata en la playa y yoga al aire libre están disponibles a solo unos pasos del condominio.

Well appointed, clean, great location. Had a lovely stay, the property managers were responsive and property had everything we needed. We had an amazing vacation.

Great value, great location

Very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The remodeled kitchen was lovely, bed is comfortable, sooo close to the gorgeous beach right across the road, within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, etc. would highly recommend this place. Will stay again

A Great Place To Stay

A home away from home! The place to stay if you want to be near the beach. The host’s communication was excellent. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Maui!

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful week. We loved being able to see the beach from the lanai and walk places to eat and get treats. Centrally located. Nice place and clean.

Amazing location and perfect condo

Love staying at this condo. This is our second time staying here and are great to deal with for communication. Always as expected and never an issue. Location is perfect to walk across to Kam II or to eat close by.

Exactly what we were looking for and reasonably priced. Perfect for two people. Not a recent build but all appliances are modern and in very good order. We would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

My husband and I have stayed at KKN before and enjoy the location of this complex. This was our first time in this particular condo and I liked everything about it. No carpet and a washer/dryer in the unit plus a great ocean view we’re the highlights for me. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful from start to finish!

Great location and very nice condo. Unit was very clean and comfortable. The owners are excellent to work with and very much concerned about making certain that everything is there for the renter. Looking forward to returning on our next trip to Maui.

Short visit in Maui

Had a short stay due to the major windstorm in Hawaii. The owner was very understanding about our situation. Location can't be beat. Right across from the beach and walking distance to cafes and restaurants. A short drive to Wailea where there is a lovely beach walk. Maholo Jennifer!

I've been coming to Maui for 20 years and have stayed at many different condos including my timeshare just up the road and I would rate this as the best location for the price. Well stocked including beach gear Had a great time enjoying the deck with a cup of coffee every morning with a great view of beach across the street. Great location and great value. Mahalo

I used to live in Maui so I am familiar with the Aloha. This was my girls first time here since she was a baby and sharing it with her was super special.This condo is perfect! Great location. Nicely decorated. Owners so personable. We plan to come back!

Amazing location and property

Can tell the owners take pride in their property. Location is amazing to get to the beach, close food and watch the amazing Maui sunsets. Communication was easy and no issues. Love this complex and this property didn’t disappoint. Bed was comfy and owners had access to many beach items. Exactly what we expected. Would love to stay again

Lovely condo

I have stayed in this condo and liked it so much that I rented it for my daughter and her family. It is very clean and has an ocean view from the lanai. KKN is located across the street from Kamaole beach 2, & close to restaurants and shops. The pool is the largest one in this area of condos, so is nice for swimming or just relaxing by. Being in building one, which is close to the road, one would expect noise, but my daughter said they had no problem with that. I would rent here again

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights in November/December. The condo is beautifully updated and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything anyone would need. The location is perfect. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lanai with a view of the ocean. The beach, shopping and restaurants are all very close. It would be easy to stay here without the need of a rental car. Thanks so much Jennifer, Gary and Jane for sharing your condo. We definitely plan to return for a longer stay next time.

Just as described, Very clean and ready to go. All the amenities we could want.We came for our 35 th wedding anniversary.Had a lovely time, so close to the beach and restaurants. This unit was in such a great location. Was easy to walk to amenities such as shops , restaurants and most importantly the nearby beaches. The unit is comfortable and neat , was fabulous to have the beach chairs/ umbrella as well as the in unit washer/ dryer . We happened to be there at the time of the bigs kona storm that hit the Hawaiian islands and our hosts were fabulous , making sure we were safe and keeping in touch with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice little condo in a great location

Really enjoyed our stay here overall. It's located directly across the street from Kam II beach where we saw multiple sea turtles and it's also relatively close to multiple shopping and food options. The condo itself was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was nice to have as well. The only thing I can really complain about is I wish there was multiple boogie boards and snorkle sets in the lanai cabinet (there was only one of each) and the TV remotes were a bit confusing to navigate lol. Either way, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking in the Kihei area. Solid option

Aloha! We are a retired couple that lives half-time on Maui and the remainder in colorful Colorado. We love the Kihei Kai Nani Resort. Since we live in Kihei 7 months of the year, we have the opportunity to keep our rental property in excellent condition. Bookings are now managed by our daughter, Jennifer.

We love Maui, and the Kihei Kai Nani is in a perfect location. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The Kihei Kai Nani is close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and some of the best golf courses in the world. Our returning guests have commented on the walkability of the location and the availability of public transportation.

Kihei Kai Nani Resort is a smoke free complex. The complex does provide 2 areas designated for smoking.
