Here's what guests are saying about 21 Beach Arbor, "We absolutely loved our stay at Beach Arbor. It was closer to the beach than I originally thought, only a 7-minute walk. And the new Celebration Park feels like it's literally in the backyard! You can easily walk to all of the Coligny shops and restaurants. The villa itself was clean and nicely decorated. It suited our family of four very well and had everything you need to make great meals at home. Even an air fryer!!! It had nice TVs and board games for the one rainy day we had. It even had boogie boards for the kids and a couple beach chairs to use when we went to the beach! I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great place to vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer. Already booked my return for next year!"

Nice Condo and Great Location!!

This condo was super clean and very nicely decorated. It is in a great location. Close to everything in Coligney. It was an 8 min walk to the beach. We would totally stay here again.

You shouldn’t be unhappy with this condo

Stayed for 2 months, the location is excellent the condo complex itself is aged but pretty well maintained could use some upgrades but all in all it’s a good place for the price

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at HHI this year. The villa was exactly as advertised—very clean and spacious with more than enough room for my family. There was a nice gift bag, tote bag, and handwritten note with a small vase of flowers welcoming us to the villa. The villa is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza and the beach. The beach chairs, beach buggy and cooler were an added bonus! We will definitely stay again!

Lovely but Leaky

The property we stayed at had a fantastic location, was clean, and recently updated. Everything was perfect except the musty smell, rotting cabinets and when we showered, the kitchen ceiling dripped water (onto the rotting cabinets). We appreciated the maintenance men who were kind and apologetic. Unfortunately it isn't a quick fix, but one did get the air purifier working.

Comfortable Accomodations

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We are not used to Keurig coffee and would suggest a conventional coffee pot in addition to the Keurig. Other then the coffee, everything else was stress free and satisfying.

Excellent stay!

Couldn’t say more great things about this rental property! We just stayed here- my husband, myself, and our three kids- and it was perfect for all of us. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Loved how they provide towels for all of us. The location is great, as well! About a 10 minute walk to the Coligny plaza area beach where we met up with family. 100% recommend staying here on your beach vacation! Nothing short of amazing.

Great family vacation

Well managed property with many things done right. Beach chairs, towels, games, and many more often overlooked details. Washer and dryer, good coffee machine, even air fryer included. If I had to pick something to improve, it's the plates and glasses - we didn't like that they were all plastic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

Great location and nice place

Great location in Hilton Head near everything. Home2Coast were great hosts and provide lots of little things that are a nice touch; beach towels, tote bag, koozies, and a couple snacks. The property was well kept and in good condition, relatively. The only place that could use some improvements is the bathroom. One shower did not work well at all and the master bath had some mold growing on the ceiling, maybe a sign the exhaust fan isn't working properly. If these items are addressed, it'd be a great place to stay.

Wonderful!

The property was modern, well kept, clean and had everything as advertised (e.g. linens, ample towels, nice furniture etc). Our three kids (7,7&9) stayed in the spare room (we brought a cot, mattress and sleeping bag) and had their own washroom. The master had its own balcony & amazing washroom. It was walking distance to everything (including new playground/park and the beach was 500 m, about 5-7min walk). We were able to check in early, no keys, close parking spot. An amazing experience-- we were so happy with VRBO and the host2coast companies! Thank you!

Great Condo Unit!

We REALLY enjoyed the actual condo unit. Nice fresh recent updates were everywhere, very spacious for 4 adults, very nice all in all. The condo complex experience was 'troubling.' Start with the pool. First, it is 'small' which is fine. But, there was a constant string of drinking/drunk younger age 'groups' gathering at the pool, not family friendly at all. Second, on TWO separate occasions we saw same 'groups' letting large dogs swim in this small pool. Many of the ground level units appeared semi-occupied by long term rental young adults, who must have been straight out of fraternity life, with indoor furniture and furnishings strewn about their front patio doors. Also, the general design of the external balconies lended itself to constant wasp nest buidling, making the two balconies not accessible to us. The condo unit itself is beautiful. The condo complex is difficult.

Perfect Location

We spent the weekend with our 2 toddlers. The location couldn’t be better for kids. We walked with the stroller everywhere. Celebration Park and children’s museum were in our backyard basically. Coligny plaza is across the street. And beach a quick walk. Condo had everything we needed. The only reason I gave 4 stars was bc the beds were uncomfortable and we hardly slept. That may just be our preference but at night we were wishing we had hotel beds. Also, the neighbors downstairs kept hitting the ceiling like we were making too much noise but my toddlers (1 & 3) were just playing in the living room in the middle of the day. We were in bed by 730-8 every night. I’d love for them to come keep my toddlers still! They are well behaved. No jumping off furniture or anything crazy. We were gone most of the time anyway. Getting ready in the morning, naptime 1-3, bed by 8. So we were a little surprised by this. We wouldn’t stay again bc of the beds but it’s a great place otherwise and can’t beat the location for a kid friendly weekend.

Decent place with great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is good. They have recently updated floor, master bath but wasn't professionally done. Still needs some work. We were initially missing some basic items but Host2Coast did an excellent job in getting the broom/dishes, silverware, etc. to us quickly. The condo itself is OK; we needed to get the bed frame and windows fixed. but should be good now. Cleaning staff needs to do a better job - the dishwasher smells like swamp. The place just needs some finishing touches and have the floor in the main bathroom shower redone.

good location but property needs some work

The property worked well for three adult women to share. However, the condo smells very musty and everything we brought into the condo had to be washed when I got home. Mold is evident in the master shower and needs to be fixed. The shower in the other upstairs bathroom doesn't work. We asked the management company to fix it and someone came over while we were not there. I guess he checked the wrong shower, left a note saying it worked and left directions how to turn it on. (as if we didn't know how to turn a shower on). It just wasn't worth having him come back. I reached out after our stay to let them know about the mold but got no response. I suppose writing a review may encourage them to fix it.

Excellent stay! Would absolutely stay again!

This 2nd story condo was great! Walking distance to beach/coligny. Clean, spacious, and the company left several thoughtful touches. There are large beach towels, a beach cart with chairs/umbrella/boogie boards in bathroom closet downstairs(one of beach chairs was a little broken but still useable). Several generous starter packs of soap/dish soap/laundry soap/paper towels. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Check in process was incredibly simple and our condo was even ready several hours prior to our arrival, even though we weren't to the island yet we really appreciated them letting us know! Plenty of bathroom towels, some board games, and that tiny little dirt devil sweeps up sand fantastically! Pool was excellent as well! We would absolutely stay here again without question!

Amazing property close to the beach

Nice two-story, two-bedroom apartment at 5-minute walk to the beach. Clean, equipped with all the essentials and some extras from the management company.
