Spacious cottage offers a full kitchen, screened patio, two queen bedrooms. The pool, dock and seawall are all available to our guests. A coin laundry is also available on site. Whether you come to the Florida Keys to escape the winters, or enjoy the calm waters and great fishing and diving of the summers, you will find Cudjoe Oceanside Cottage to be your Home Away From Home.

Host was great. I stayed here before. So my fault for returning. Just run down. Pool furniture rusted broken. Ceiling fan held in by one screw. List goes on.

Check in was easy, place nice & quiet. Kitchen facilities was good. Had a problem with the microwave, property manager took care of it within hours. WiFi great. Access was easy once you got used to it.

Definitely OLD Florida style. You get what you pay for with this one

We were supposed to stay 6 nights but left after 2 nights. The property lacked upkeep. Home was dirty. Cabinets dirty, the inside couch very dingy. Dry food in crevices of kitchen table. Ceiling vents and fans dusty dirty and rusty. Air conditioning not working well. Would recommend air filter change. The house smelled bad the entire time. House infested with tiny bugs, even on the clean dishes. I left with bug bites all over met. Back yard with cords laying on ground, broken lattice, screens ripped. Beds old and uncomfortable. I would recommend a detail cleaning. We watched the staff clean the cabins next to us and they took 30 minutes. My husband refused to stay any longer so I had to eat the cost and found another place in key largo that was much better.

Great place and close to Key West

We enjoyed our stay. Place is exactly as described. We really enjoyed the lanai. Wanted somewhere close to Key West and this turned out perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Super comfortable and great location.

This is our second year at one of these cottages. We love the complex and the location is great to get to many things. The cottage has everything you would need and is very clean. The host has been great to work with.

The cottage was clean and well appointed. Loved the little porch to sit in late in the evening or drink coffee in early in the morning. Beds were comfy, shower was not as strong as I like (but I'm spoiled by my home one, so . . . ) Only problem we noted was sometimes the toilet would not refill after flushing - simple fix, but kind of annoying. Pool was much smaller than it looked in the picture, though. Really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again!

Charming Cottage

As advertised. It was to hot to use the pool. The air conditioning went out, but the owner was very responsive with accommodating us and having the AC repaired. A central location to many activities in the Keys.

Fun in the sun

Really nice place! Love how close it is to Key West. A little difficult to find because roads arent marked. Pool needed some attention. Affordable! Will definitely be back.

A street sign would be helpful. Even with good directions, we drove by the drive a couple times.

Very cute & clean. A few more wash cloths would be nice & the kitchen floor is in bad shape but we knew that from other reviews. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay.

Keys visit

A nice clean property. Everything was in working order. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but checked out the water temp, which was warm. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to make dinner. Great location within the keys to drive to beaches and Key West.

Cute cottage

We had a different cottage than pictured but still was comfortable and nice. Short drive to key west which was good! The only thing that I can say is the driveway is hard to find and google maps really don't help. So show up during the light hours. Other than that the stay was great!

An affordable gem in the Keys!

This nice little cottage is clean and spacious. Comfy beds and a very short walk to the dock. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean. Close to Key West, but in a quiet area. A few good restaurants near by. The nice part is it's really affordable compared to some other rentals in the Keys which can be pretty pricey for just a few days. I would highly recommend this place!

Mediocre at best

This property is in serious need of repair. The floor in front of the kitchen sink bounces about 1/4" when you walk on it as can be witnessed by all of the cracked tiles. The top of the refrigerator, which can be seen by anyone over 5' tall is filthy and needs cleaning. If you plan to do any of your own cooking, plan to bring your own cookware as the supply here if very limited as are some of your basic needs, like cooking oil, etc. There is a grill provided but it's about 100 yards away but it was in pretty good shape. Property has a pool but it's really small, is provided for all 14 "homes" and is not heated. Duck if you are going to walk in the back yard at there are communication lines strung at head height. Just not a quality property.
