Le Belvédère: A meeting place for friends

Come discover the charm of Rue Georges Courteline, with its half-timbered houses and small shops, in a newly renovated apartment located a 5-minute walk from Place Plumereau and 5 minutes from Rue Nationale. This spacious and versatile apartment combines two distinct atmospheres, making it ideal for groups, families, or travelers who want to share a vacation while still having their own space. Located in a quiet and pleasant setting, our apartment offers two well-defined areas so you can enjoy great comfort and an ideal location.

The apartment includes 2 fully equipped kitchens (coffee maker, induction cooktop, microwave) with the essentials for the first night only (1 trash bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 dishwasher tablet, and a kitchen towel) will be provided, except for kitchen staples (salt, pepper, oil, etc.), which are not included.
2 bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning and a full-size bed (140×190), though space did not allow us to install storage furniture, 2 living areas, each with a double sofa bed, a smart TV with Netflix access, and high-quality Wi-Fi. We provide bath towels and sheets, and the house is cleaned and prepared before your arrival.
Both bathrooms feature a modern shower with a toilet; you’ll also find toiletries for the first night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.

All the shops you need are nearby, including a bakery, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, you also have direct access to the market located at Place des Halles, right next to the apartment. For the romantics among you, take a stroll along the banks of the Loire or rent a bike and set off on an adventure.
