This 4 bedroom, 2 bath newly renovated home is centrally located just 4 min 30 sec walk to the beach on North Hutchinson Island on Florida's Treasure Coast.

We have endless amenities, especially for the kids including our entertainment room; complete with a 8' regulation size pool table, kids games, bunk beds, 4k TVs throughout the house and our newest thrill.... RAZOR ESCOOTERS!!! That's right, ESCOOTERS are available for both kids and adults. (Rental fees apply. Please contact us for more information.) Enjoy our heated pool and our large pool deck complete with chaise lounge chairs, infinity chairs, pool toys, BBQ grill, beach towels, beach chairs and a cart to haul it in. Our kitchen has 3 ovens and is fully stocked with everything you will need to feed your family. If you are looking for real Florida luxury living, this home is for you!

Close to shops, restaurants, various attractions, Palm Beach International Airport and most importantly, the BEACH!!! With a total of 3,793 sq ft of luxury to enjoy, now is the time for your family to celebrate with a Florida vacation.

This was the perfect home for our Thanksgiving vacation! Very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and in a quiet neighborhood. Location was also great. Close to everything we needed. Will definitely be back! The host was also very helpful with suggestions.

The house is amazing. It is better than shown in pictures. Jonathan is a great host. I recommend the property 100%. Fully equipped with everything you need to stay a few days at the beach. The beautiful beach is only a 5-minute walk. The pool is perfect. We surely will come back.

Great Vacation!

The property was awesome! It was clean when we arrived and the air conditioning worked great. There was plenty of room in the house and it was decorated nicely. Our favorite part of the house was the pool, which we used the whole trip. The beach was a short distance away and it was mostly empty of other visitors.

Love this property.

It had anything and everything you could need for a vacation. A home away from home on the beach fully equipped with everything. The cleanliness was top tier. Location was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely wonderful home, looks just like the listing and has everything you could need for a wonderful beach weekend! Short walk to a quiet beautiful beach with a pool to come back to. Kitchen and grill had everything you could need.

The PERFECT Place To Stay On Vacation

This house and the hosts are absolutely amazing! The house was so clean and stocked with everything you would need. The pool was so great! Check-in and check-out is so smooth and simple. The neighborhood is so perfect, whether you are coming with adults or you have kids. And the beach is less than a 5-minute walk from the door. I would recommend this house to anyone, and we will definitely be coming back!

Location, location, location

Wow! This property is better than the photos - and the photos are great. It's FUN - nice pool and a bonus room that doubles as a game room, movie room and bedroom. And the location can't be beat. Lovely quiet neighborhood with what is essentially a private beach. And next to a State Park that offers easy access to some of the best boating, paddling, and kayaking in South Florida. The hosts have thought of all the details. The AC was on and cool upon our arrival. Towels, paper towels, and toilet paper are abundant just as promised. Thanks Jonathan and Petra for helping make our family gathering great!!

Quiet Florida house close to beach

The house had great space in the living room, kitchen and an awesome patio. The house was clean and had many helpful features. We had 10 people and for our groups needs, wish there were 4 bedrooms plus the garage room for more privacy. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious, clean, beautiful pool!

The layout is great for entertaining a large family or group and being together. The master is very private and so re the other bedrooms. Short drive to so much natural beauty!

Perfect house for our weekend in Florida!

Our two boys loved the swimming pool and the pool table so much! They were able to have fun, even when the weather wasn’t cooperating. The short walk to the beach, made it easy for them to collect seashells and ride their boogie boards in the surf.

Wonderful space with great owners!

We loved our stay and the neighborhood! It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool out back was perfect for our young kids! We even saw a gopher tortoise on our walk to the beach!!! The game room is a converted garage and we were not expecting that, but it had its own AC unit so it was fine. There are 2 bathrooms inside and an outside shower to use before getting in the pool. The owners were wonderful and super responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

Our family had an amazing time at Petra’s Beach house! The layout of the house was perfect for our big family! The house had everything you need and more! We really enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave! One thing to consider is that the beach walk is longer than 4 minutes and I don’t recommend if you have older relatives or family members that have trouble walking as the path to get to the beach is long and ofcourse uneven as it is sand. We had an amazing time and we are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Beautiful home, beautiful area

Our stay at Jonathan’s home was so amazing. The home is beautiful and it’s just a short walk to the beach.. Jonathan was amazing and available whenever we needed him or had a question. The pool was a plus and a great way to unwind after the beach. The area was beautiful as well and we saw so much wildlife. Such a great place to spend time with family. We will definitely be back and we definitely recommend Jonathan’s home.

Visiting family

This location was perfect for visiting family. Beach access was great for us but not for our elderly parents in walkers. The home was plenty big enough for the 9 of us without being crowded, we did have to put a couple decorations up high while we were there because of little ones. Pool is great! All my questions were answered quickly.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay at this home while on vacation. Plenty of room and the pool was perfect! There is only two things that can be said against this rental being the perfect spot. One, there is only two bathrooms. And with that many people things got pretty hairy at times! Secondly the walk to the beach was longer than four minutes. Well it was for the little ones and the older ones. While pulling a wagon with beach stuff. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and beautiful! The temperature in the house was cool even for me! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Only thing that needs to change is where you put the trash. Raccoons are bad at night and you’ll wake up to trash all over the place. Otherwise. Fantastic place

This property is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. The layout is perfect for a vacation rental with plenty of space for everyone. The house decor brings peace and tranquility. The beds are comfortable and ensure a good night's sleep. The sea air is refreshing and everything you could possibly need is provided.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The garage has been converted to an entertainment room complete with air conditioning. This bonus room is a great place for the kids to hang out and have fun away from the adults....lol!!!

Razor escooters are available. The rental fee is $20.00 per day, per scooter. We have adult sizes and kids sizes. Escooters are subject to availability. It's best if you reserve the scooters prior to your arrival to ensure they will be available for your stay.
