Ahhh the views! Eagle's Crest is the perfect vacation spot … so perfect, you'll never want to leave! Surrounded by natural beauty, this home is high upon the mountain, so close to the sky you might touch the clouds.

As you enter this rustic cabin, you'll notice the exposed wood walls, cozy décor and great room with a big couch, fireplace and flat-screen TV. The dining area and kitchen make this a place for everyone to come together and share meals. With seating for 6-8 around the dining table, you'll have room to eat, make crafts and play games. A fully appointed kitchen gives you all the comforts of home, and the outdoor deck with custom raised deck chairs beckons for an afternoon of reading, eagle sightings, or just a quiet place for conversation and a glass of wine. The outdoor fire pit is your dream come true for late night s'mores and tall tales.

The master bedroom features a comfortable sleigh bed and the master bath has a gorgeous walk-in shower. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath; each have a king sleigh bed plus a twin – space for the whole family!

Surrounded by hardwoods and the great outdoors, you'll be drawn to the hiking trails, waterfalls and gorgeous vistas of the surrounding area — don't forget your camera to capture the all the natural beauty!. When not exploring or relaxing at the cabin, the local downtown area is a lovely day trip to enjoy shopping and dining. And the perfect way to end your day? The deck, of course! Ahhh the views … reconnect with nature and all its beauty to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

This cabin is located in a rural, wooded environment. During certain times of the year, seasonal insects such as beetles and stink bugs are common in the area and may occasionally enter the cabin. These insects are harmless and are a normal part of staying in a natural setting. Preventative pest-control measures are in place; however, complete elimination is not possible in this environment.

Great place for a girls trip. Beautiful views from cabin. Nice and relaxing. Beds were comfortable as well. Although we didn’t use them it was supplied with puzzles, games and books. Would be great for a family with children.

Lovely stay at Eagle's Crest

We had a wonderful retreat at Eagle's Crest at Mentone. Holly was extremely helpful and gave very complete instructions from start to finish. Cabin was just as expected with amazing views. We had a lot of fun in front yard playing with kids and enjoyed the fire ring at night. All good! Thank you.

Perfect family escape

We’ve stayed at Eagle’s Crest twice & we are already talking about a third visit. The luxe log cabin vibes are perfect. Plenty of space to hang out on the porch or living area, massive upstairs bedrooms & a giant dining table for board games. Kitchen sufficient for easy cooking. This place is just right for a family escape.

Relaxing get away

The Eagle’s Crest was very comfortable for our stay, two couples, in Mentone. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items/tools. Coffee maker was a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew. Downstairs bathroom had a nice walk in shower. The washer and drier are located here. The upstairs bathroom had a tub/shower. The gas, electric fireplace in the living room was pretty as well as functional. The back deck was a great place to sit and watch the sunset. Offers a great view from the brow over the valley. The fire pit on the left side of the house was another great spot to watch the sunset. The location was 5 minutes to downtown Mentone and 30 minutes to DeSoto SP and falls. Another 30 minutes to Little River Canyon. Only an hour away from Cloudlands SP and Chickamauga National Battlefield. The Wildflower Cafe in Mentone was 5 star. We enjoyed our stay!
