The owner responded quickly to address my question. It was a nice dog friendly house with plenty of room. Only thing I would change is the light in the bedroom coming from the mini split was very bright.

I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. Its clean, easily located in Grangeville and the beds were comfortable. Excellent communication with property management. It is as advertised

A great option

This is our second time staying at this property and we would stay here again. The house is quiet, clean, is well outfitted, and easy to get to. Our dog does so much better in a house than a hotel room.

Quiet & Perfect

This was a great rental, with plenty of space. We came in to visit family in Grangeville for a couple days. The Foosball table and arcade games were a fun added touch.

Excellent choice

This house was an excellent choice for our stay. Lots of room to spread out, clean, and all of the necessities. Charcoal grill was a little small, but we were able to make it work. Host was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Grangeville visit

The house was in a very convenient location. Nice neighborhood. Definitely walkable to town. It had everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay. We were fortunate to meet the owner when we arrived and he made everything easy for us. He always responded right away to any questions we might have. We were happy with the property and would stay there again

Fun Short Stay in Grangeville

We stayed with a group of six adults and 2 infants. The space met our needs, was clean, and we really enjoyed the location, which was a pleasant walk from town. Amenities were as listed, with good WiFi and streaming apps, and we also enjoyed playing Spontuneous, which we found in the game cabinet! The main drawbacks were some worn out pans and cooking utensils, and extremely strong air freshener scent on arrival. Home and fixtures are old and worn, but clean.

Clean and convenient

Didn’t spend much time at the house, just to sleep and shower. Place was very clean. Nothing fancy except for the video arcade machine and foosball game. Big couch and chairs if you had a bigger crowd. We visit Grangeville often and nice change from Hotel and definitely cheaper in off season. Returning this weekend and will book if available. Only “negative “ - simple including pillows and beds. So bring your own pillow but I’m picky.

Great Getaway

I spent a few days at this place after a work trip I had in McCall. I was interested in doing some driving to go check Washington, Oregon, and Montana off my list. The owner had some great suggestions for accomplishing this, and I followed them and had a wonderful time seeing the incredible scenery around (and I highly recommend Tamarack Brewing for food and drinks in Missoula, MT). The property was comfortable and as described. The owner was very responsive to questions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I'd definitely do it again.

Great place to stay!

Stayed here for a week to visit family. The property owner was very easy to work with, they even let us check in early. The house was clean and well equipped. We made a few meals there and there was plenty of cookware. Only downsides I would say are: 1) Only 1 bathroom 2) Tiny coffee pot 3) No grill Definitely worth a look if you need a place to stay in this area!

Great location!

Was great being in walking distance of town and nice views from the house. The guys had loads of fun with the video game machine! Didn't mind running DW and starting laundry, but maybe eliminate putting dishes away and getting towels into dryer. Very comfortable beds and plenty of bedding when temps dropped to 30s with a dusting of snow! Thanks Joel for making sure heat was sufficient!

Clean and Comfortable

We had a family event in the area and needed extra overnight space for family members traveling in from out of the area. This home was the perfect solution. The owner was very responsive and made everything easy. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable.

We have lived in Grangeville for 29 years and love this area. Be careful when you visit or you might find yourself coming back to buy a place. We have several rentals but got tired of getting asked if we have a short term rental. So far the feedback is the house is so big and is such an amazing value. If you only need a single room save yourself $30 and rent a one bedroom, but if you want a place to stay that feels like home this might be the place.

If you want to stay in a place for the cost of a hotel room but want lots of room and for it to feel like home, this is the place!
