This snowbird-friendly rental at the Edgewater Resort also provides a shared outdoor shower, a fitness center, and grilling areas. A full kitchen presents all you need to create your favorite meals and beach snacks. When you want to explore, find many shopping centers, beachfront restaurants, and popular attractions within a close drive!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The Edgewater complex is awesome. The pool, grills, fitness center, and beach are all great. The complex is close enough to walk to Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Winn-Dixie, Alvin's and even the outlets.There were a few issues with the unit. The indicator markings on the oven/stove were worn off so you couldn't tell if it was on high, medium or low. The crock pot lid/handle is broken off and I burnt my finger removing the lid. The towel drying rack's paint flakes off onto your clothes when you use it. The master bathroom toilet sometimes runs continuously.The local VRBO/Vacasa contact was not helpful when the internet wasn't working. They didn't know what connection should be used and they said the complex recently put a new wifi system in, but they couldn't tell me what it was called or how to connect to it. If they know it is new, then they should proactively get that information and be able to answer my questions.

Great condo!

We loved everything about this condo. Updated/working elevators were a plus! The downfall about staying at Edgewater is the chair service. You cannot reserve chairs for your stay. Every morning someone from your group has to go down at 6am and tell them what chair set up you would like. Then you have to stay down there because you technically cannot reserve chairs with leaving a towel or beach bag. It definitely makes the stay more stressful, and you can feel the frustration from all guests.

Great view and location

We love the view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and pool. Ample walking paths in the area as well. We've stayed in other units at this property before, and while this one was closer to the shoreline, the sunrise was blocked in the morning by the tower on the next property to the east. We weren't able to use any streaming services that contain commercials on the unit's televisions, which was odd. Overall we liked it and would stay again.

Nice condo

The condo itself was the perfect size it had almost everything needed for a short trip to the beach, oven mitts were not there to remove a hot pan from the oven, I found that out a bit to late, the elevator that was closest to the condo was broken this required a trip from the front of the building to go to the beach pool or out to dinner, getting out things into the condo was a chore, the condo was very clean and the perfect size for 3 people:

Excellent beachfront experience

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was exactly the size we needed for our family of four. It was right on the beach with a beautiful view and pool access.

Miramar Beach was outstanding

Excellent location, great condo and beautiful beach setting! We do winter rentals each year and swear 2024 was the best one ever. From an early check-in to a very clean and well appointed unit, we enjoyed a fun month and will gladly return.
