KITCHEN & DINING

A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen lined in Quartz countertop is sure to inspire your inner chef. Stainless appliances include a side-by-side fridge, a gas range, and a standalone hood. The huge island offers plenty of space for meal prep. In addition, there are a Keurig coffee machine with free capsules, and lots of dishes/bowels/utensils, etc. When it's time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table to share your home-cooked creations. Another dining table and beautiful brand new gas grill on the patio invites alfresco meals as well as extra countertop stool chairs serving four additional people.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Four dreamy bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests in this single-story retreat. The bedrooms are very spacious with two of them having luxury custom cabinetry built-ins.

The master bedroom has a barn door, linear fireplace, a door to the pool area, a king-size bed, a 55” flat-screen, and direct access to the patio. The second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed each while the fourth bedroom has two twin-size.

All three bathrooms having been upgraded with the master bath being the standout with new walk-in shower, double vanity, and a huge custom closet.


OUTDOOR AREAS

Find an extra-private sanctuary in your backyard, complete with a sparkling pool and spa. There's a suite of lounge chairs and umbrellas along the pool deck. Turn on the colorful pool lights at night.

The backyard has a impressive newer modern smart pool, a newer BBQ area with built-in Bluetooth speakers and artificial turf for easy maintenance. Remote check-in details and front door entry code will be sent to the guests upon booking confirmation.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1. There is a pool/spa heating/cooling fee to 82/100 degree of $40/night
2. Regular pool maintenance happens every other week (about 30 mins)
3. Gardening maintenance happens one every week
4. Waste/trash pickup is every Tuesday morning. (Guests are required to take the trash out to the side of the driveway every Tuesday morning and back on the property Tuesday evening)
5. The property manager might visit and/or contact on a phone during your stay to welcome and check if everything is fine and/or when a policy violation occurs.
6. There are security cameras in front side of house.
7. Parking is available for three vehicles (one in the garage and two in the driveway) and plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.
