Great Stay

Property was clean, quiet, and close to all our planned activities. Minutes to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect for 3 of us but comfortably could have slept 4. Great stay!

Good Rental

Stayed for a very brief trip with spouse for friends wedding. Unit was updated, & perfect for 2 People, or 2 people with kids. Close to shopping & dining. Would stay again

Great place for short stay

Nice cottage near lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. in Dania. Very neat and good beds. A few small touches would be great additions. Hand towels (there were bath towels but no hand towels), wine glasses (there was one), perhaps a small blanket or throw for the living room for evening TV watching. Good parking and unit felt safe.

Great Place To Stay!

We loved this place! There were 4 of us - 2 adults and two teenagers and we all had plenty of room. Great location - very easy to get to from the interstate and had a lot of great food/shopping options. Very close to the beach as well. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Huge bonus with washer/dryer. Owner was great and very responsive/accommodating to our needs. Will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area!

Great stay in Fort Lauderdale

This was our first time to Fort Lauderdale so we weren’t familiar with the areas. We were only there for a few nights. The location was good. Close enough to everything. Really close to the airport. Not really a lot to walk to but nothing was a very far drive. Property is older, it has been updated but you can still see its age. It was clean and had everything we needed for the few days we spent there. I’d probably stay in a different location next time just to try something else but I would also stay here again if I needed to.

Sweet lil place

This property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was perfect for what we needed for a long weekend in town for a sports tournament. That’s were very comfortable and so were the living room furniture. My only negative comment is that the shower has less than adequate pressure. Not sure why because the kitchen pressure and the bathroom sink pressure was fine. We would definitely stay here again if the shower temperature was fixed.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Dania Beach the unit is very close to the airport (less then 10 minutes ) which was nice after a long day of travel. Easy check-in process with coded door. The main door was hard to open and shut but the host let us know ahead time but didn’t get fixed in time for our stay. It was about a 10 minute drive to gorgeous Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk which is a one stop shop with beach, shopping and eats. The unit was walking distance to Jaxson Ice Cream (great burger and even better ice cream) and other restaurants and a Walgreens. We also enjoyed Conca D'Oro Pizza & Pasta in Dania Beach very good Italian just a short distance . The unit was clean and bed was cozy. TV was setup for Netflix and easy to use. The little deck area and furniture was not clean and very dirty would have been nice to use but overall a great stay. Felt safe in area.

Fine but not for a long stay

I rented this property for a month. As a solo female traveller I wished the security lights were maintained and the property wasn't on such a busy street with some sketchy houses/neighbors. The owner was very responsive but needs to pay attention to the details of this property. There are several things that need to be fixed. For my extended stay I would have given 5 stars for each category if I didn't have to give the owner a list of things that were wrong. For instance, I cleaned, replaced light bulbs and washed duvets and pillow covers so I was more comfortable for a month. Maybe I have a higher standard than most people, but I paid $4700+ so I expected better.

My Review of FLL VRBO

Property owner was great with communication and awesome at quick responses. The property is as described. It was clean and functional. We would suggest updates to the pillows in both rooms as they had an odor to them. A mattress pad (several inches) would be helpful for additional comfort in the Master Guest Room as we found the bed to be very hard. For anyone who preferes hard beds this would be great for you. The bed is also metal and any movement in the bed causes alot of rattling and movement that disturbs the other sleeper. The only other thing was the master suite did not have power to the outlets. This was very inconenvient for us as we couldn't charge our phones or use the sleep machine I need to use nightly. This was communicated to us AFTER we arrived in Florida. Slightly disappointing. The twin beds in the small bedroom were good for the 2 teenage boys we had with us. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room area were great for what we needed them for. The kitchen was supplied with dishes and cooking pans to make meals. Overall, the stay was functional. Would I stay again ... only if those items that were described above would be taken care of. We stayed for 2 nights and if I would have known about these items I would have gone to a hotel instead. NOW ... the property owner was indeed so very pleasant to work with. I appreciated that very much and wish him great success in sharing his Vrbo with travelers.

This property was in a great location for a quick stop before a cruise. The communication was good and clear. The property could use a few updates, but it was clean and well stocked.

Great location. Great price for our stay. Property was clean and looks just like in pictures. Less than 5mins to highway, shopping, and getting food. Quiet neighborhood. 20mins drive to some good Caribbean food. (Joy's roti delight)

Fantastic

Three of us travelled from Georgia for tortuga music festival. Owner was absolutely fantastic and responded to all of our needs quickly. We had no problem with check in or check out and this place was only 9 miles from the music festival so we were able to avoid the large crowds. Dania beach was close by within minutes of driving and we spent one full day on the beach. Definitely would recommend shenanigans to eat down the road and quickies which is within walking distance of the house. Grandpas down the road has a great bakery and we ate breakfast there twice. Call in orders take about 30 min. The place overall was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again!
