Good stay

We arrived after a very long drive through terrible traffic and unfortunately it was after 5pm and the office to get the key FOB/parking lot access to just about everything at the condos had closed. That was very disappointing, because we couldn’t even access the beach, but we instead focused on unpacking.The condo itself was clean. My family of 4 fit comfortably, but there were a few unexpected things that could have been better. For one, the pull out bed in the living room area did not have sheets to put on it, just a comforter. We made it work. One other thing, the hair dryer didn’t work, so I had one terrible week of hair the entire stay as I did not pack a hair dryer. These things were only minor and once we were able to get the key FOB and parking, everything was smooth. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of chairs to relax on. The condo provided umbrella and chairs were nice to have at the beach and our family enjoyed every moment of it. We made some great memories and are very thankful for the accommodations.

Amazing condo. Perfect for the two of us.

Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean which is the first thing you see when walking in the condo. The balcony was heaven. Sitting and watching the waves crash. The amenities were perfect and the place was not crowded at all for spring break. The host is amazing and I was able to reach out upon arrival which was nice. I would definitely return.

Great Family Vacation

We stayed in this lovely condo for a week; As a family of four (kids age 5,7). It was very convenient to have both a pool and ocean right at the building where we spent most of our days. The condo had everything you needed just as listed in the description. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect for a family getaway

My husband, myself and our 3 year old stayed here for one last trip before the arrival of our next child in a few months. Loved that everything we needed for the beach was provided in our room, the property was really nice and the host was very communicative when necessary. Would definitely stay here again

Unit needs a lot of work, light fixture in closet hanging from ceiling, noLid on toilet, toilet seat loose, when you took a shower you stood in ankle deep water , tub did not drain right. Also there was a hole in the shower ceiling.

I'd stay here again

We had an absolutely fantastic stay!! The location was great!! The apartment was clean and spacious. The view was amazing. I was there with just my 10 year old daughter. As a mom I was nervous traveling alone with her, but we felt super safe I the condos and in the area around the condos. My only suggestion would be to provide more bath towels. Had there been more than two of us, there wouldn't have been enough. I will definitely look at staying here again if we ever make it back to Miami

Great location and beautiful ocean view

Everything was as listed. Beds were comfy and we had chairs and umbrellas for the beach in the room. Check in process and all the fees the resort charges was a bit more than expected (nothing to do with the host) but overall we liked it. We would stay here again

Hollywood vacation

The location is great. The view is great. Employees we dealt with were all very helpful. We had a leak which was promptly taken care of. The pool was too cold to use for 3 days unfortunately. I would like to say that the couch is really uncomfortable. Also the chairs are not comfortable both inside and on the balcony. The unit was very clean as was the building in general. All said we had a wonderful time.

Great 2 week stay!

This condo was perfect for our family (2 kids - 3 and 6). Huge bedroom and pull-out bed in the living room really makes sleeping arrangements convenient. Kitchen has all the amenities needed for either breakfast, lunch or supper, and there are plenty of beach accessories in the condo (6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 coolers, surf board, and beach toys). Our host was always available if we had any questions. The beach and pool are easily accessible. Pool area is huge (there is a also a 2nd pool accessible), and child friendly. The condo is located centrally - easily drive to either Fort Lauderdale or Miami. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores/pharmacies within close range. The staff was very friendly and the check-in process was very simple. Our hosts explained everything to us in detail ahead of time which helped as well. I would definitely consider staying here again!

April stay

The condo was perfect! Very clean and had everything you would need. The location is great and it was perfect size for a family of 4. And communication with the owners was so nice. Only downside we felt was the seaweed is heavy in that area and the beach was never cleared of it while we were there. Obviously this is to no fault to the condo owners. Check-in is a bit confusing, even with the helpful information provided. The registration office is open 9-5. Parking was $75 for 5 days, with a $20 refundable placard fee. There is an additional $30 non-refundable fob fee to access the building. They required card payment for parking and the fob, but only cash for the placard. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Great apartment

It was a perfect apartment for our family. It had all things we could think of. Despite of this is a big building it was quite in the nights and we had a good sleep. Pool was nice to have on windy days. Partial ocean view. Host communication is excellent. I recommend!

Girls weekend

Everything was as described. Location great! Owners are very responsive to questions. The only item I would comment on is the $20/pp in cash the resort charges to get Gate Security FOB. Otherwise a great time!

Perfect vacation spot on the beach

Great vacation spot!!! Valet was very helpful, let us into the parking with temp sticker because we arrived after 5pm. We did not have an entrance key but there was a buzzer. Not a big deal!!! Apartment was clean, inviting, had modern touches, and had an open view of ocean and palm trees. We enjoyed every moment at the apartment, on the beach, and at the pool. There is a shopping mall three minutes away by car. Location was perfect for our needs - to see both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. I will recommend this property to my friends. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you, Rosie and Joanne, we already miss your place🤗

Nice stay in Hollywood

This was a wonderful place to stay in! The owners had everything you could need for a stay and the place was set up nicely. Very comfortable living at a great price...and the view is priceless! I have seen other reviews complaining about the rules that the building has, but those are to keep you safe and not unlike some resorts. I never felt like people were rude.

Great appartment

The appartment is very nice and confortable and it was super clean. The view is awesome. Only thing I did find a bit inconvenient is that check in is after 3 pm and checkout at 9am and you don't get to leave your luggage somewhere while waiting for the check in or at departure... it's understandable but some advice on nearby luggage storage would be welcome specially for tourists.

Nice stay

The condo was nice and the pictures listed were accurate. There is a parking lot below like others mentioned but it didnt obstruct views. The ocean was very close to the gate which was nice. I hate having to walk a mile with all the gear for my family to get set up. The pool was really warm which made it good for the whole family to enjoy. There were also lots of beach items to use including several umbrellas, coolers, sand toys etc. that made it very nice without having to spend extra money. On the negative side. the check in process was horrible. The owners tried to give explanation to the best of their ability but it did not prepare me for all of the confusion and rudeness. One thing that really upset me is that my husband could not get the pool bracelets for the whole family, they made us all go in, even though I had a sleeping infant in the car. It was a bit ridiculous. I have stayed in lots of condos and there is absolutely no reason to have such a complicated process. The other downside were all of the rules around the pool. There was also a pool attendant who was super rude about things and enforced rules when he felt like it. One of the pool rules was, “no balls, toys, or flotation devices of any kind”. Basically all things kids would do to have fun in a pool were not allowed. The crappy thing is that these rules were only enforced for certain people. A family got yelled out for tossing a squishy ball back and forth while another family had 3 kids with flotation devices. It was a little stressful to see what the next rule to be broken was. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and the owners were easy to work with. I would say the problem lies in the facility management and not with the individual owners.

Great Room/View but check in process was super confusing

Very nice condo & property. Room was nice, view was lovely, pool was clean and attended. Only complaint was the check in process. Even though the owners left us very nice detailed instructions, we tried to follow them upon arrival but valet attendants were not where they were supposed to be and when we found someone, he sent us to the wrong place so we did a lot of back forth etc. It seems they were confused themselves. Overall, it was a nice condo & I would stay there again hoping they streamline the check in process.
