All the splendor of this iconic oceanfront setting spreads before you. Uninterrupted panoramas of this world famous surf spot featuring the acrobatics of both marine wildlife and skilled local surfers! We own several timeshare weeks in several units so each week of availability shown in the calendar is for a designated unit.
They are all similarly equipped but may offer subtle variations such as top floor units have vaulted ceilings, end units may have additional side windows. Aloha! We are the owners, Pepe and Roberta, of the properties we offer for vacation rental. Roberta is an active licensed real estate broker and Pepe holds an inactive license. We both live and work on Kauai and over the years we have slowly purchased a collection of deeded timeshare properties for our own use or that of the family and rent them when not in personal use.

Lawai Beach Resort is a favorite because unlike many resorts who book by category only, here at LBR, they will make specific unit assignments for each booking so you know exactly where you will be . All the units we offer are located in Banyan or Alii buildings with great ocean views and access.
The resort has three buildings, Coral is the first to be built and is the only one which does not have unobstructed ocean views unit numbers in Coral Building start with a 3. Banyan Building is front and center of the ocean views as well as proximity to the main pool and other guest services. The reception area is located here as well. The Alii Building is the most westerly and while farthest away from the common amenities it does offer fabulous ocean views and a more private feel away from the action. Our units are all located in Alii and Banyan
