Guest Access:
You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.
The Neighborhood:
Poipu Kai is a 70-acre resort community in Poipu. The community consists of seven condo developments with their own swimming pools, an 8-court Poipu Kai Tennis Club, a community pool and hot tub, and the beautiful Green Belt, garden paths connecting the areas of the resort. The resort is between the Hyatt and Shipwreck`s Beach to Brennecke`s and Poipu beaches. Restaurants to walk to are the Grand Hyatt Kauai, the Poipu Bay Golf Course, Kalapaki Joe`s, and Brennecke`s Restaurant.
Getting Around:
When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.
Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

Excellent stay
This is a large two bed, two bath property. It is well maintained. The location is very good with a view of the ocean and close to the pool. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are up-to-date. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to this property.

Thank you Connie! I love the you enjoyed your stay at our beloved condo. I agree it feels pretty spacious, the rooms have a nice ample size and the shared spaces are also roomy and comfortable. I have been making upgrades and trying to maintain the place well (for us too as we spend time there too) so I very much appreciate the acknowledgment in that regard. It would be great to have you again, we have many returning visitors and is awesome because is like sharing the place as a second home with those that enjoy this special spot. Good vibes, thank you!

The place overall was great. We were not aware the place did not have AC and the bedrooms were quite hot - there was no visible disclaimer on any of the listing amenities. Online, the bedrooms looked pretty equitable, but one was definitely tucked in the back and had poor ventilation from the heat. The pool was excellent and the location too. The small inconvenience was the unit was the first one closest to the parking lot and on the ground floor - we were aware of the ground floor when we booked. Lovely place and responsive owners!
