PET FRIENDLY! BRING THE DOG! Your family will appreciate the bright and spacious living room. The cook in your family will enjoy the well equipped kitchen, with everything you need for preparing homecooked meals. The dining table is large enough for everyone to gather together for meal time, or family game night.
With an inverted floor plan, you will discover 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Accommodating up to 8 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st level, offering a Full bed and shares the full hall bath. Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st level, offering 2 Twin beds and shares the full hall bath. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Queen bed and a Twin bed, sharing the downstairs full hall bath. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Queen bed, and has a private full bath (shower only).
You will have your toes in the sand in a matter of minutes using your private beach boardwalk, complete with a sundeck for relaxing in the sun. After your day on the beach wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed shower. Relax with a chilled beverage on the covered deck, or have a picnic lunch...ocean side! Don't forget those picturesque ocean views! As an added amenity, you will enjoy the convenience of parking underneath the house.
