This recently renovated ground-level 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in Sea Pines offers picturesque views of the tranquil golf course. It boasts two spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with a center island, and a private free-form pool with a furnished poolside gazebo.

Upon entering the home, you'll find the comfortable living room which leads to an open-concept dining and kitchen area with a center island. The family room features a large flat-screen TV and ample seating, and a full laundry room is conveniently located nearby.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, 55" flat-screen TV, and a private bath with double sinks, a glass shower, and separate soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, 50" flat-screen TV, and a private bath with double sinks and glass shower. The third bedroom features a king-size bed, 42" flat-screen TV, and a private bath with glass shower, while bedroom 4 offers a queen-size bed, 42" flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a glass shower. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Outside, there's a large free-form pool and a poolside gazebo with plenty of shaded seating. The pool measures 18' x 28' and can be heated for an additional fee.

Guests can grill poolside on the gas grill or relax on the poolside sun deck.

This stunning home is conveniently located near all the amenities that the Sea Pines Resort has to offer, such as miles of bike paths, jet ski and kayak rentals, the Candy Striped Lighthouse at Harbourtown, and the South Beach Marina Village, which is home to The Salty Dog Cafe, live family entertainment, horse rides, and more. Beach lovers can spend the day at the beach and watch for dolphins swimming along the shoreline.

This home is perfect for families who enjoy spending time at the beach and taking advantage of all the amenities that the Sea Pines Resort has to offer. Please note that there's a limit of 4 vehicles, a parking pass is required, and smoking and pets are not allowed. Free WIFI is available, and the home can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Perfect house for our 2 families of four. Great location, loved the pool. There were a few maintenance items that should be addressed but nothing that impacted our stay too much. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend.

Sea Pines House with pool

We loved our week staying in this house. The bedrooms/bathrooms worked out great for our parents and kids. We spent time everyday out back with the pool and covered patio. Perfect with our parents in their 80's-ranch home, no stairs, rail into pool.

Nice and easy in Sea Pines

House is just as advertised - clean, roomy, comfortable for 8-10 people. Has a lived in feel but updated bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Was so nice having the pool when not exploring SP on a beach cruiser. Location is perfect. Hilton head rental management company was very attentive - thanks Jim. Wish we could have stayed another week!

Very nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this very nice home. We especially liked the pool and outside area. It was nice to have covered outdoor space for those not wanting to sit in the hot sun. The house was close to everything. We would have liked plastic cups for around the pool deck. We also had a bee problem on the decking, but it was handled immediately! We would stay here again!

The only thing about the place was lack of kitchen utensils and maybe instructions for tv , sound system? Probably could use a few more towels and wash clothes, had to call to get.

My group (annual girls trip, all over 64, walk-in showers were most welcome. Suggestion, handicapped grab bars needed in showers. Also, TV in front bedroom did not have a remote.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were satisfied for the most part for the week with the exception of a tree service on Monday and Tuesday taking down trees, very noisy saws and debris going on to the property and into the pool. The pool service did clean the pool Tuesday and Wednesday and the grounds were cleaned up both days. We should have been notified and felt disrespected for the lack of communication to our Family and Friends. The garbage cans had much water and a fowl odor. The rental manager did respond to towels and replacing the regigerator filter. But despite these inconveniences we enjoyed Sea Pines and Hilton Head.

The temperature was not high enough and the pool was dirty most of the time.2. The tvs were the biggest problem. You would think in a rental house all tvs would work in the same way. Not here. Three of the bedrooms you could on get streaming programs . Probably would not rent this house again.

Great Location, poor management

The location of this home was ideal. The set- up also worked well for our family. I also liked how the kitchen sat right off of the back pool area, so I could easily see the kids in the pool at all times. The main living room furniture could use a refresh, as it is fairly dated. Unfortunately, we would not rent this home again due to the management company that was used. We rented the home based on the pool, and ability to have it heated. We expressed that through our conversations from the beginning, and were told it could be heated. On the day of our arrival, we received a call stating that the pool heat was having issues and they were not sure when it would be fixed. The broker in charge of the rental was extremely rude to myself and my husband on the phone. The communication was very poor. Although the pool did end up getting fixed three days after our arrival, and the pool was usable for four days of our trip, the management company was so poor, we would not rent any of their homes in the future. This entire situation could have been avoided had the management company communicated in a more professional manner and provided better guidance on the pool situation.

Golfing and Leisure in Sea Pines

Our group arrived which consisted of 4 couples.The main reason for going to Hilton Head was so our husbands could golf! One of our friends has visited Sea Pines a few times and that is why we chose the area. It was spring break, so it was quite crowded. We still managed to dine at some nice restaurants. The men enjoyed their rounds of golf.The rental was very spacious. 4 Bedrooms and for 4 full bathrooms. Actually 5 because the powder room had a shower, which was not noted on the VRBO listing, but should be added.When we arrived I checked the pool temperature. We wanted a heated pool. It was cold. I called the rental property manager and he had the problem fixed by the next day. Thank you, James. The owner has bicycles in the garage , but they are not for guest use. We would suggest renting bikes. So many fun trails and you can ride on the beach. Also, you can have bikes delivered or go pick them up. The outside patio and area was nice, but the lounge chairs need to be updated. Some of them were almost rusted through in the back and a bit unsafe, otherwise awesome rental. Had a great time in Sea Pines!

Great house for couples and elderly

Management company did excellent job communicating and responded very quickly to any calls. House is perfect for couple and elderly as all bedrooms have in-suite walk in showers. The outside area is outstanding. And no steps for my 87 year old mother. One of the best properties we have rented. Thanks for sharing your home.
