Our stay at this home was very pleasant. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and household essentials, making our time there comfortable and convenient. Beautiful home, exceptionally clean, climate controlled. Outdoor fire pit was very nice. Close to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable space for our family of five. Host was very accommodating.

Awesome Home in Cedar City, Utah

I would stay at this property again! The home was clean and inviting and located in a quiet neighborhood near the Cedar City Temple and I-15. We were in Cedar City for a family member's funeral and were so glad that we rented this property rather than staying a local hotel - we all felt comfortable and "at home" as we sat together a shared memories of our family member.

Quick Shakespeare Trip

It's a really nice, modern, clean house with fabulous outdoor seating. The property owners are attentive. A massage chair and two bathroom bidet toilets were an added perk!

Family Vacation to Utah

The property was exactly as we had expected based upon the photo's reflected on the VRBO website. The toilets and massage chair were nice touches and were highly appreciated by my family, especially after busy days hiking. All of my online interactions with the owner were quickly responded to and addressed satisfactorily.

Modern and Spotless

Beautiful property with some great features for kids of any age. The putty green was a hit while the massage chair was in constant use. We had a minor issue but manager was all over it and resolved quickly. Lots of tech in the house. Be ready for heated toilet seats!

Clean, comfortable & contemporary!

Overall a great stay. The home was clean, plenty of towels and extra amenities such as smart toilets, lights, music. A wonderful massage chair and gym. The backyard was beautiful although we couldn’t figure out how to use the fire pit. Helpful feedback the pillows are not comfortable with everything else being so nice I’d look to change those. There is shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no shower gel or proper body soap.

Not what I pictured

There is someone staying in the basement that is not told to you when booking. They were constantly coming & going & cooking the upstairs stunk from them cooking & they had a whole fridge full of food.

Jaycie, we appreciate your review and thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, as you never reached out to address any of these issues during your stay. The basement is a separate unit with a separate, yard, fence, and access, where our housekeeper stays to accommodate our guests if need anything. As for the fridge full of food, we provided basic condiments and bottled water to our guests so they can use it during their stay without the hassle of buying unnecessary items when staying with us. We apologize that we were not able to extend your stay as you requested but we had other guests already booked for the day you were scheduled to leave. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can, as we value each one of our guests.

Recommend 20/10!!!The place was beautiful and as expected! We were in a bind as our previous VRBO cancelled last minute because their HOA denied future use of short term rentals.This listing just happened to pop up and it almost seemed too good to be true because it wasn’t there the previous days & it looked too beautiful compared to the options that were available in town. It ended up being a huge blessing! The hosts were on top of communication and the setup of the bunk beds was perfect for our team to spend hours of bonding together & relaxing between games. The house had everything we needed from linens, cookware, bakeware and even cleaning essentials. The washer & dryer was perfect for daily cleaning of the soccer uniforms!Nobody warned us that the Master Bathroom has the most pleasant throne. It will raise its own seat upon your entry with a pleasant 93 sitting temperature. When you’ve completed your business you just leave the throne as it will flush on its own and shut the lid itself. As for the bidet features… that’s part of the fun in pressing all the buttons to see what kind of cleaning surprises will ensue. Just maybe you might hear a shrill of excitement from the other room as people learn the buttons. There is somebody that lives on property. Having young ladies, we messaged the hosts prior to arrival to ensure their safety. They assured us they have a completely separate entrance & don’t have direct access from any interior doors.

The house was amazing! It had everything, and more! We were at a bike race and it was so nice to come back to this home and be able to relax. The massage chair was a big hit! And the kids loved the games in the kids room. I would definitely come back here!

Emily is a board member at Intermountain Health Care. They've raised our 5 children in Cedar City and spend a lot of time in Hopkinsville Kentucky and the Bacolod Philippines where Mike's company has offices. We love seeing the world and built this home specifically to share our world with travelers looking for a 5 star luxury experience in Cedar City!

We've found over the years as we travel the world that we much prefer staying at a nice vacation rental property over even a 5 star hotel. Our home town of Cedar City has a lot to offer to travels but the quality of housing available wasn't quite as impressive. As such we set out on a mission to build a high end vacation rental that we could share with travelers from around the world. We've traveled all over the world but know there is nowhere quite as amazing as Southern Utah. We want to share that joy and amazement with the world by providing a 5 star experience for all who stay in our home.
