This corner unit is located in the Luau at Sandestin® and offers abundant amenities, including a heated 4,000-square-foot saltwater lagoon pool (seasonally heated), hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a fitness center, a rooftop sunset deck, a grill pavilion, and a seasonal poolside tiki bar serving snacks and frozen beverages. The Polynesian-inspired resort grounds boast an unparalleled location with direct beach access, expansive Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay views. Kick back on the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and enjoy a movie on the 38” TV with DVD player. An additional armchair offers a relaxing seat to curl up with a good book. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of upgraded all-black appliances. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar, which seats two. Gather for festive vacation meals at the dining table.
Retreat to the private wraparound balcony complete with a table and chairs. Grab a cold beverage and relax while you watch the sunset over the Gulf. Kids will appreciate the arcade, carousel, playground, and zipline adventure. Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort offers a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
The Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
Sandestin® is used on this website solely to refer to the geographic neighborhood of Miramar Beach, Florida, commonly known as Sandestin®. This management company is not affiliated with the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort or Sandestin® Investments, LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 9.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
