Beach-lovers rejoice! This 2BR/2BA condo on the gulf is the launching pad for your perfect beach vacation. Take a dip in the ocean, or in one of 3 complex pools - including a kiddie pool and another that’s heated seasonally. Tennis courts, a BBQ grill area and a snack bar (the “Sugar Shack”) round out the friendly-family vibe. If you tire of the perfect white sand beaches, the towns of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores offer plenty of dining and entertainment nearby.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

The feel is casual and beachy in this 2BR condo that sleeps 6. The entryway opens into a living/dining/kitchen area with plush furniture and a TV. The sofa pulls out to make an extra bed. Open glass sliding doors to a balcony with seating for everyone and get a breath of cool evening air. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and all the essentials needed to fix a good meal before hitting the waves for the day. There’s even a Crock-Pot so your dinner can be ready when you return. After a day at the beach, load towels in the stacked washer-dryer by the kitchen.

The master bedroom is a calming space decorated with beachy blues. To help you unwind after all that sun, there’s a king-size bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower and a separate vanity area. Bring all your bathing suits; there’s a walk-in closet and wicker dresser, too. Another sliding door to the balcony offers the chance to enjoy a cool sea breeze.

The bright, coral bedspread and white wicker furniture in the second bedroom keep it light and happy. There's a closet and dresser for all your kid’s things, and a big queen size bed. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and a giant floor-to-ceiling mirror.

THE LOCATION

While the complex has everything you need to make the most of the beach, you’ve also got two vacation towns to explore. A few miles down the road, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores offer a smorgasbord of activities: mini-golf, movies, parasailing, kayak rentals, plenty of seafood restaurants, arts centers, and even ziplines. Your transportation is also close at hand - you can park up 2 cars in the secure garage underneath the building.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
