The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Meh..

We booked this as a last minute trip for our family of 8. It says it accommodates 8 people. For sleeping, yes there are enough beds. Only two actual bedrooms. BUT, it’s just a very small cramped space for waking hours. The balcony wasn’t usable due to the danger that my younger 3 kids heads could just about go through the railings. And if you were out on the balcony, you could see inside your neighbors balcony and rooms, it was awkward. The mattresses were hills and valleys. You had to find a spot and stay there or you were going to sink into a hole. The sleeper sofa opened nicely but on an incline, so your feet were higher than your head while sleeping. The updated master bath was decent, although the drawers to the sink cabinet didn’t work properly. There were electrical outlets falling out of the wall in the living room. The building itself it’s a neat layout. The courtyard is pretty but be warned there are “pet” squirrels that run up to expecting peanuts. As far as the amenities- there is a small indoor and outdoor pool. The volleyball, basketball court, and tennis court are nice BUT, carry cash. You have to put down a $20 deposit on balls/ equipment. So, overall, it just wasn’t the best experience and we won’t be booking here again.

Not my best Sea Watch experience

I have stayed at Sea Watch numerous times. This year was a bit disappointing. The keyless entry was a great upgrade. Ocean front and both pools were great, as always. Inside our unit, however, I was a bit disappointed. Overall, updates are needed. Our refrigerator froze food regularly. The microwave was broken. They did replace that for us, when we called, though. The outlet in the living room was detached from the wall so we were afraid to use it. Seemed dangerous. It was hot in the unit, especially the master bedroom. The mattress in that room seemed like it was from a pullout couch, very thin and uncomfortable. The decorative pillows were dirty. The tv in this room was on the wall only viewable from that side of the bed. The remotes on the living room anc front bedroom need to be replaced. Checkin time was 4pm but the office closed at 5pm. This caused a cluster on Saturday. Due to this, it was impossible to find a cart to unload things. My cousin got stuck in the garage elevators during this cluster. The front doors locked when they closed. There was a sign on the door, stating locked due to construction but I didn't see any construction the entire week. This just made re-entry very inconvenient. Overall these small issues added up enough for me to write this review and for the price we paid, I have higher expectations because it's been better in years past.

Seawatch 1520 a gorgeous home

The furniture and decorations were all very nice, the bathrooms were good, the kitchen was typical Seawatch. Loved the end unit with Bayside balcony and privacy door

Very comfortable and convenient

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was also well stocked and had everything needed for the week. We did have an issue with the air conditioner making noise and not working well, but it was repaired quickly. The building itself is also enjoyable with so many features. The only thing missing is a tiki bar near the pool.

Seawatch 1520

Walking into the home we were amazed with the quality and decor, the home was beautifully designed and all rooms were very clean! We had seen there was a washer and dryer attached to the suite but nowhere on our reservation info mentioned that there are beach chairs, swim accessories and an umbrella for our use until the day we left when I stumbled upon it. I would rent this home again. Just wish the outdoor pool was working and the fountains were turned on as well as the little snack shop downstairs by the lobby. Great location, amazing food nearby and only 10 min from boardwalk.
