Disfrute de la vista del Atlántico desde el salón a través de la pared de vidrio de ancho 18 'o en el salón en el balcón de ancho completo. A sólo 3 cuadras del paseo marítimo y cerca de Jolly Roger de atracciones / parque acuático. Alquiler muy asequible con muebles nuevos dormitorios (2 camas queen), nuevo sofá cama doble y una nueva pantalla plana LED de 40 pulgadas. Lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora, televisión por cable, reproductor de bluray / dvd, piscina al aire libre, ducha al aire libre. Sombrilla y 4 sillas de playa de arena previstas pero no garantizados debido al uso de los huéspedes.
Wi-fi de abril hasta octubre. Usted debe tener 25 años de edad para alquilar.

Property is exactly as listed. Right on the ocean with a beautiful view of the Atlantic. Close to the boardwalk and everything you need. Ed was awesome with communication. Would easily stay there again. Thanks!

This is a beautiful condo with the best ocean view around. This is our second time staying here, and we enjoyed our stay once again. So close to everything, and the owners have always been very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. 5 stars!!

Fabulous Vacation

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. I have stayed many places in Ocean City and this is my favorite. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Ed communicated everything perfectly about our stay. My daughters and I had the best time and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your condo!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The condo is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Even though the weather was chilly we still loved sitting outside on the balcony enjoying the beautiful ocean view!

Great Birthday Stay

Cannot say anything negative....overall a great place to stay. Fully stocked and everything you need. Ed's description and instructions are spot on. Granted our mom's beach birthday wish and could not have picked a better place. Will definitely stay here again. Give it 2 👍

Awesome Beach Condo

This property is amazing - clean, thoughtful amenities, well furnished, and what a view!! The owner, Ed, provided extremely useful information prior to our arrival. The location is close to the boardwalk and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay!

Nice condo, great location

This was the perfect place to stay. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the beach was gorgeous. The location was great. Quick, easy walking distance to the boardwalk and great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again and have already been recommending this condo to friends.

Happy Ending

We were unable to stay for the entire time through no fault of all parties. Our host was very cooperative and understanding of our situation and quickly resolved things beyond our satisfaction. The condo is very nice and in a great location. We would definitely stay there again.

Best beach view

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ocean City despite the pouring rain storms. Unit was very comfortable for two and owners were so responsive. The best balcony allowed us to enjoy the ocean view early morning thru the entire day and night. Hope the weather cooperates next time!

Fantastic Unit in a great place

We have stayed at several units in this property over the years and Ed's unit was by far the best! Everything is comfortable, convenient, clean, and beautiful. A large table is great for a family. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything except for a kettle (we're tea drinkers, so we know to bring our own to all trips). You need to bring your own towels and sheets, but on the plus side, the unit has beach chairs. The location is great - not on the boardwalk, so there are a lot fewer people on the beach, but walking distance to the boardwalk, and practically across the street from the amusement park, water park, go-karts, and mini-golf.

We live in Annapolis and frequently visit OC ourselves in season and off-season to 'get away' for awhile.

My uncle owned a unit in Seagate 20 years ago and we have always thought this was a great property. Recently a unit became available at an affordable price so we purchased it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Being on the top floor, there is no annoying racket from occupants above. The view is great whether you sit on the deck or look through the 18' wide glass wall. When you're on the beach, you hear people talking about coming back year after year. We purchased this unit in July 2014 and spent a week there ourselves. The end of the boardwalk is 3 blocks away and we rented bikes to take in the 2-1/4 mile ride to the end.
