Serenely situated at the tip of a canal in North Ocean Pines, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom waterfront home is a place for both relaxation and wonderful excursions.

Find ample space to unwind both inside and out. A beautiful, large deck accents the front of the house; bring your breakfast each morning and dine with a view of the water below. The air-conditioned interior features a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, an adjacent dining area, and a living room with a TV. Additional features include TVs in all four bedrooms, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience.

*Ocean Pines properties offer options to purchase a parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association. For more information on available package options, pricing, and pool hours, contact the Ocean Pines Association directly.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

OC vacation home

The home was just right for what our family needed. Close to the beach...but far enough away from all the loud craziness that can accompany the beach in night time ours. Would stay here again

Ocean Pines Water Front

We had an issue with the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. The property manager offered to either send out another cleaning crew or deduct the cleaning fee from our visit. We felt that was handled very professionally. Nice waterfront home in a nice community. Perfect layout for a large family. Very nice deck and outdoor seating. Close to stores and 15 minutes from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent house, cleaning can be improved

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed our weekend overall. It was nice to have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a cozy living area. We were disappointed that the front and back decks were covered in pollen. Obviously the vacation property cannot prevent pollen, but it was clear it hadn't been cleaned before we came. Probably not at least all week. We called and texted Vacasa, who said the cleaning company would come out that evening or more likely the next day. That was fine. But we actually never heard from the cleaners or the rental company again our entire stay. We ended up digging out the hose that was on the side of the house and spraying everything down. After that we found the leaf blower in a storage box outside and used that as well, which helped. But the big back deck with lots of seating was one of the main reasons we'd chosen the house. Not being able to use it the entire time was a disappointment. We also texted them pictures of the inside and outside of the microwave which hadn't been cleaned. The inside of the dresser drawers also were pretty dusty and clearly hadn't been wiped down recently. With regular cleaning this could be a real gem. The bedrooms that face the back deck just have vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors (one of them was missing the screen door so we couldn't open it without letting in bugs/flies), so the sun will wake you up in the morning. The kitchen had some basic appliances: coffee maker (no coffee filters though), blender, mixer, can opener, toaster. Basic dishes are there, but not plentiful (only 4 coffee mugs). TVs in every room but one remote was missing a battery (found some in the laundry room). Stovetop and oven worked ok, although a couple of the burners wouldn't light so we had to put a match to the gas when we turned it on to get it to fire.

Nice but a little disappointed

The home fit for the size of our party. It is as advertised but does not offer a fully stocked kitchen as we had to buy dishcloths and towels. Because of the tides we were unable to really utilize the dock out back which is why we paid extra this year. When we got there the blinds were all open and the house was super hot. It took forever for the air conditioning to cool down the house. Also, there was the smell of cigarette smoke in the air but I’m not sure if that was from the previous tenants or the cleaning people. The hot water for showers was limited and only seemed to work intermittently. There was broken glass outside and a tree service came to work on the property and we never got a heads up from the property owners about it. There were no instructions on the fridge for check in and check out. I tried contacting the property people about some things and I am still waiting. Compared to last year’s rental this was definately better but could use some improvements.

Fun in the Sun

The property was exactly as it was described. Even the grill had been replaced before we arrived. Only drawback was the bedrooms were on the small size. However, the "living space" was large, comfortable and had space enough for multiple activities. We had a great week with family and friends.

Communication

We called to report 2 of the TVs didn’t work on Sunday and then again on Monday and never got a call back. The curled up carpet in the living room was a tripping issue. The hot water didn’t get very hot. The smoke alarm in the one bedroom went off several times. Nothing we couldn’t live with but not getting a return phone call was really unacceptable

Clean & good location, but missing information.

Place was cleaned nicely and good location. However I had to contact them for the check in code, which they never sent me. And the grill was missing, this was annoying because all of the food we brought was hamburgers and hotdogs, sausage etc... the grill is still listed in the description and pictures. That’s something they should have told me, especially when they’re advertising more of an outdoor experience home.
