Welcome to Qwack House where you can watch the ducks on the canal right out back of the home. Beautiful updated waterfront home in Ocean Pines with 3BR and 2BA. Bring your boat & dock it out back. Huge deck to enjoy the water views. BBQ Grill and fully stocked home makes this a great place to vacation with family & friends. Ocean Pines Community is amenity rich with pools, golf course, play areas and just a short drive to the Ocean City beach - this home has it all! Pet friendly.

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Neighborhood:
Located directly on the canal to the bay. Ocean Pines has so many options for you to enjoy your vacation. Yacht Club, 5 pools, golf course.
Pools are $10 a day for adults $8 for ages 5-17; under 5 is free. Pool hop to all pools - just show your receipt!

We walked into a very welcoming and clean home. The environment was peaceful. The outdoor entertaining space was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for personal space and family gathering. The beds were pretty comfortable which is a huge plus for a family with back issues. The bunk mattresses are a little less comfortable but will be ok for littles. I loved that this home provided starter garbage bags, travel sized packs for the kitchen which included (a brand new sponge , dish soap, dishwasher pods x3. They included a little pack of laundry pods, and bathroom packs for each bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). Hand soap was provided and every single thing needed was there. Beach towels are not provided so bring your own. The house had kayaks and a game room garage which was so much fun to explore. I loved that there was a gate at the top of the balcony stairs for safety but also was perfect for my 2 dogs to hang out with us unleashed on the balcony. This house was perfect for us. We will be back!

Very nice rental property that checked all of our boxes for our stay. The location, canal front accessibility, amount of games and activities, and the overall amenities and vacation vibe met my family's needs. The garage "hang out" area was an added bonus for a rainy day. We will consider revisiting this property in the future!

Great house in a great location!

House was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space to spread out between the main house, sun porch, converted garage and outside. Loved being on the water too. House was clean and had all the essentials we needed. Would definitely come back.

What a beautiful home. It’s exactly as pictured and more. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of blankets, stocked kitchen. The sunroom and patio were our favorite spots. We’ve stayed in Ocean Pines and this is the best one yet. The neighborhood has so many amenities. Parks, pools and beach club are great for families. And just a short drive to OCMD boardwalk and beaches. The home has many extras not pictured; kayaks, SUPs, beach chairs, a great rec room in the garage and so many toys for little children. Highlights were coffee in the sunroom, morning paddles and crabs (from Crabs to Go) on the deck. We would definitely stay again.

Paradise on the Water

This beautiful home located right on the water was the perfect getaway for my family. Upon arrival we immediately hopped in the kayaks and on the paddle boards and made memories. The home was meticulously kept with all the amenities you could ask for. It was so nice to stay at a place that not only matched the online description, but exceeded it! We will definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home is beautifully updated and impeccably clean, making for a truly comfortable experience. The layout worked perfectly for our family and friends, providing ample space for everyone to relax.One standout feature was the garage hangout, which became the kids’ favorite spot—it’s well-equipped with a basketball hoop game and a large TV, creating the perfect space for fun and entertainment.Although our visit was short, we wished we had more time to enjoy the outdoor amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly suited for our family which included small children. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was enough room to spread out. The outdoor space both the deck and the patio by the canal were perfect for relaxing. Check in and check out were very easy. It was also a very convenient location. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect weekend

This house was amazing. Quit at night, bright and peaceful during the day. We found comfortable areas all over whether it was the high ceilings in the living room, or lounging on the couch in the sun room. There’s comfort everywhere inside and outside.

Perfect place to stay.

The Qwack House was a perfect place for our visit. We had a family reunion that we came into town for and this home was a three minute drive from the reunion location. It was very clean and updated and was on a canal which was so pretty to see. The decor was lovely and the bed in the master suite was extremely comfortable. Jodi was great to work with and was extremely responsive when we had a question. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect all around

It is so refreshing to see a home match the pictures and description and exceed all expectations. We came to OC for a work conference and choose this home for the neighborhood and to be close to family in the area. Within hours, we just felt at home and kept saying what a great choice this home was. Everything was well appointed, clean and so well maintained, inside and out. Location was perfect. We look forward to returning often.

Best for families

This was a nice little house. Ocean Pines has much to offer, including a park and play area a couple of blocks down, a water taxi to multiple stops in Ocean City, etc. The outside of the house could have been cleaned up more. Linens should already be on beds and ready for guests. The thermostat limits are not ideal if you enjoy sleeping in cooler temps. All communication is done through a property rental company not vrbo, so be sure to check and follow up on their 10 emails so the check-in process can be quick/easy. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful stay with our dog

We loved our stay at the Quack House in Ocean Pines. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was located near a trail that we walked our dog on every morning before heading to the beach for the day. The accommodations were immaculate and the master bed was comfortable. There was a washer and dryer on site and clean linens were delivered for the next guest as we were leaving. Check in and check out were easy. Overall, fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend it!

Great stay

Beautiful location for families. Walking distance to the park and close to the Racket Club. The house included some toys (for younger kids) as well. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having access to a washer/dryer. Beautiful home and view. Would be nice to have access to a Beach Pass and Pool Pass, as they are included in most OP rentals.
