Beautifully updated and recently renovated, rancher on a great street in Ocean Pines perfect for families and adults looking for a relaxing stay. We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one level, with new large flat screen TV's, stainless appliances, and everything you'll need for your stay. We have a large driveway and a screened patio. Ocean Pines boasts over a dozen parks and walking trails, a public Yacht Club, 5 pools, 2 marinas, and a championship golf course - 10-15 minutes to the beach!

We had a lovely weekend in Berlin visiting family. The home was perfect for us and in a great location. It had everything we needed and was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to both Berlin and Ocean City. Bill was a great host.

This is the second time we have stayed and we will definitely be staying here again. It is meticulously maintained and a perfect layout for our family. We especially enjoy the screened in porch for coffee in the mornings and hanging out on the evenings. Not to mention the house smells amazing!

This rental was as listed and shown in pictures! It was very comfortable and especially loved the screened in porch. Only a few minor things that were relayed to the owner. The road in front of house had a lot of traffic so we didn’t feel safe to walk dogs thus 4 stars. Owner was very responsive! I wished there were cable channels. Restaurants and grocery stores very close to home. We had a nice time.

Great Choice

This home was beautiful. Everything that we needed was included including the parking pass. The host was a great communicator. This is a great location in the north end.

Great Place

The house has everything you would need. We always stay in Ocean Pines and we would definitely stay at this house again. There are TVs in the bedrooms, lots of hot water, plenty of dishes, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, etc..

Perfect Fall Weekend

We had the most relaxing stay! The house is decorated beautifully, and the attention to every little detail is complete perfection. There was a little note left by the owners upon arrival that made us feel welcomed and at home immediately. Ocean pines was the perfect location to travel with a dog and we thoroughly enjoyed our daily walks. We will definitely consider this rental again in the future.

Home Away from Home

Billy is a terrific host, and this house is a terrific place to stay in Berlin/Ocean Pines. My husband and I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival….the pics looked great on-line, but sometimes those on-line pics can be deceiving. Just the opposite turned out to be true for this lovely house which was beautifully decorated, extremely well-appointed, and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was very comfortable, roomy, and, another plus was that everything was on one floor! We wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown Ocean City while still being close enough to our selected OC venues. The house is conveniently located within easy access to OC, golf courses, and Assateaque Island State Park. We highly recommend this house!

Weekend getaway!

We could not be more satisfied with this gem! So glad we chose your home for a long weekend. It has everything you could possibly need. Soap, shampoos, detergents, condiments ect.... not one thing not thought of! The place is spotless and beautiful. I wish we had a longer stay to really enjoy it to the fullest. We loved that it is close to everything also! Thank you again for the perfect weekend getaway!

This was a great property to have stayed at, this was our 4th rental in the community and definitely the best. Bill was very attentive and communicated clearly and timely as we got closer to the day of our arrival. An absolute great week enjoying the White Marlin Open.

Home away from home!!!

Our family loved this property, house is laid out very well, an was very clean and organized. Everything you would need is there, We enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning our next stay. BILL is a great host and maintains the property very well. Cant ask for a nicer guy and hes there to answer any questions or concerns. A+++

Beautiful home & Convenient Location

House was very clean & nicely furnished with lots of niceties. Location is great for going into Ocean City, Assateague & Delaware. Owners were very responsive. Ocean Pines has a good selection of restaurants & bakeries. Our dog loved taking walks around the lake!

Great place in Ocean Pines

Home was very clean and comfy. Everything that we needed or may have needed was available for use. Only stayed 3 nights for a long weekend for a cheer competition in ocmd. Very close to beach destinations but felt like it was in the woods and fairly quiet. Quick 1 minute walk down the road to see golfers tee off on a formidable par 3. Would stay again!

A really wonderful home. Fantastic hosts that go way beyond expectations to make certain you have everything you need for a comfortable, stress free stay. Really, everything. Very engaged community with lots to do for everyone. Take advantage of all that the area has to offer: beaches, small towns, restaurants, Assateague Island, the boardwalk, rides. Too much to mention.

Great Property!

We stayed here for a long weekend and everything was great! They have everything in the house that you may need from cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, etc. Definitely one of the cleanest properties that we have rented through VRBO.

Great stay

This was a beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The owner thought of everything that a renter might want or need for a comfortable stay. My family loved the screened porch in particular. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
