Welcome home to a peaceful gated community with fruit trees(when in season) conveniently located within Central Phoenix. This 2 bed 1 bath condo (900 sqft) is an upstairs end unit, enjoy the pool, gas grill, community fire pit, workout room and your own private balcony. The condo is fully equipped with the comforts and conveniences of home. Included is 1 carport parking spot and additional street parking.
The condo is fully furnished to make your trip to Phoenix feel like home! The master bedroom has it's own private balcony, ceiling fan and is furnished with a comfortable king size memory foam bed, dual nightstands and 6 drawer dresser/mirror and large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan and is furnished with a queen size bed, mirror, nightstand and a large closet. The bathroom has a huge entire length vanity/mirror, bathtub, toilet and LG efficiency washer/dryer combo unit (great for small loads). The living room is quite comfortably furnished. equipped with a 49" Sony Smart TV with apps such as netflix, amazon prime and youtube. Enjoy a bluetooth equipped record player for your listening enjoyment. The dining area has a ceiling fan and is furnished with a pub style dining table and stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, apartment size refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher and double sink.
The apartment building is on a boiler heater/chilling cooler HVAC system that you can adjust temperatures to your desired level. What that means is in the winter there is only heat and in the summer there is only Air Condition. When the windows are open a nice breeze flows through the entire second story apartment.
The 1 carport parking spot is right next to an entrance gate and the condo unit making for a very short walk. There is additional street parking available for a second vehicle.
This is an entire private unit, self check in property, keys are located in a lockbox for your retrieval.
We offer a free Uber ride ($25 max value) to all our guests that stay with us and rent our Turo vehicle!
We also provide all confirmed bookings instructions to claim 2 free adult admissions to some really great local attractions.
