The Solara Suite is a sun drenched south/west facing suite which overlooks Humboldt Valley, the Legislative Buildings and the Juan De Fuca Straight, situated on the 8th floor. Enjoy your morning coffee on the east facing balcony, or your afternoon cocktail on the south/west facing balcony.

Secure, access controlled building with secure but easy access to your floor provided via 2 high-speed elevators.

The master bedroom is equipped with a Brand New King bed, 1bedside table with lamps, alarm clock, chest of drawers, a full size closet, upgraded lighting and land line. High end linens, pillows and duvet provide a restful sleep.

The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen Bed, 1 side table, lamps, chest of drawers, high quality linens, pillows and duvet. There is good separation between both bedrooms.

The Master en-suite has a walk in tub/shower combination, and plenty of storage. The second bath has a walk in shower. Both are fully upgraded. High end bath, hand and face cloths provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the creature comforts of home, PLUS. You will find high end appliances and accessories in the Solara Suite, including in-suite laundry.

Our rates help you to avoid the many hidden costs that you might otherwise overlook. For example, we supply the apartment with many of the essential everyday items that you would normally need to purchase on your own. Gorgeous Light at the Solara Suite
My husband and I had a Wonderful stay! The view, constant sunlight and Pacific breeze was so relaxing. This is a great location with just a quick walk to Beacon Hill park, the beach and the Inner Harbor. A perfect location for walking anywhere with convenient restaurants and shopping. The suite was perfect and the maintenance of the building was spot on. This is a nice and welcoming community. Melissa and Rod are very professional and have a great standard for detail. Guest are in good hands. They are both kind and considerate - working hard to make your stay a easy transition from busy travel. Thank you so much!

Close to just about all tourist amenities, just a couple of blocks from Victoria's Inner harbour and the Government Street shopping area.

As our guests, you will always be greeted in person when you check in, to get you settled in comfortably in your new surroundings. We provide a welcome basket upon arrival, and there is a BBQ grill located on the east facing balcony!

The Astoria Building has a fitness room and a recreation room, complete with a pool table and seating areas, ideal for entertaining friends while staying in our building.
