Centrally located just down the road from the PCC Sylvania Campus and just 10 minutes from OHSU and Downtown. We are less than 5 minutes from the 5 and 217 freeways. Perfect for travel Nurses and other working professionals or traveling visitors to our city! We welcome Longer stays !

With all the comforts of home, this unit was remodeled in December 2021 with all new stainless steel kitchen appliances, ALL NEW Furniture, Freshly painted walls and new Luxury vinyl plank floors!
Included Washer/dryer, air fryer, keurig Coffee maker, comfortable couch and a workstation!
Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Chrome-Cast and Free WiFi.

We modeled this Unit how we’d love for a well kept VRBO to feel and look. We pride ourselves with being clean, tidy both inside and out of the unit and making sure the studio is clean, Sanitized, smells great and feels fresh .. You’re Comfort and privacy is a utmost importance to us!

Treehouse was an amazing place to stay. Jay and Rachel thought of absolutely everything necessary to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. The place was immaculate, and they went above and beyond to provide so many extra touches. The location was perfect for all of the day trips and hiking we had planned. If you’re ever visiting the Portland area, I highly recommend this gem!

Perfect little gem

Absolutely loved this place! So much natural light, great windows, total privacy, super clean and cute- just all the things. It felt like a little sanctuary in the city. I want to stay here every time I’m in Portland! 5 stars.

Graduation visit

The privacy of the "Tree House" was enjoyable. There was off the street parking and the location was close to food, Walmart, Costco, Fred Myers for anything you might need, and were 20 minutes from family. The studio was immaculate and welcoming with snacks, water, seltzer and bathroom toiletries all very much appreciated. It was well thought out for the amenities you might need/want for a very comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Awesome treehouse location

A great place to stay. We were in town for the Lakers game. It’s close to the Moda Center and convenient to everything. Will definitely stay here when visiting in the future.

Quiet and Cozy Accomodations

Cozy & Restorative

If you're looking for a well appointed place to land look no further than the Treehouse. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove/oven & microwave and all the needed dinnerware and utensils. There's a washer & dryer if needed. The owners put real thought into this lovely abode and it is laid out well and is very functional and cozy. A home away from home.The owners' communication is exceptional, complete with a reminder the day before departure which allows time to do what is required and agreed to.

Home away from home

When we arrived at the loft studio in mid-January, the weather was chilly, but when we opened the door, the temperature was warm and welcoming! There was the complementary snack basket, which was perfect when we arrived at 4 PM and needed to figure out dinner—just like when you arrive home (there are snacks or food already there)! We stayed for two weeks while we waited for our home in Lake Oswego to be ready. This studio loft has everything, including a fully functional kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and decent-sized washer and dryer. The hosts thought of everything that guests might need when they were away from home—excellent and prompt communication from the hosts. It was quiet and relaxing.I would be happy to recommend this place for short or long-term stays! Thank you, Jay and Rachel!!

Revisiting the Northwest

What a cozy gem. The owners put so much thought into the studio. The layout excellent, comfortable and it is well appointed. Communication with the owners on a few inquiries was upbeat and helpful. The bonus was their communicating the night before departure with reminders, along with an inquiry as to my departure time. Given that it was in the wee hours of the morning, and without any request from me, they took the time and care to make certain the exterior lights were on for ease and safety. I plan on returning and enjoying the cozy Treehouse again very soon.

This unit was conveniently located for our holiday visit with relatives in Lake Oswego. Unit was very clean and hosts even provided some snacks which were much appreciated.

Perfect Spot - Easy Access to L&C - Quiet

My stay was awesome! This is just enough tucked away for the peace and quiet while also being super convenient. I was there to help move my kid back into the L&C college dorm and it was a super comfortable bed for those longs days and plenty of room to stretch and feel comfortable. I also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the kitchen closet as I was able to get out and hike and like being able to put clean clothes back in my suitcase. The hosts thought of everything and all I did was buy a few things for the fridge. I will definitely stay here again!

What a jewel

We arrived at night and opened the door to the most beautiful peaceful space imaginable. Then when we awoke the soft light came through the many windows and realized we were truly among the trees. The floor plan and the interior design make the most of such a small space. It is the epitome of what I would call an efficiency apartment. the kitchen is fully equipped to cook every meal there. The cleanliness was definitely five star. The bathroom even has a skylight! Plenty of waffle weave towels and even waffle weave robes. The whole -place definitely has a ultra contemporary vibe and yet in harmony with nature. the location was great for us because our son lives nearby. Didn't make the opportunity to meet the hosts but they certainly made clear that they were available for any concerns, We had no concerns but regret we didn't make the effort to meet them. Can't say enough good things about the "Treehouse" but guarantee we will book with them again on our next visit to Portland.

Perfectly wonderful

Location quiet but easy access. Appreciated the hot pot and toaster. Bed excellent. The welcome basket came in handy as we stayed four days too. Easy to work tv and lots of privacy. We would definitely stay again and in fact already hoping to return for more sightseeing.

A gem of a place

A lovely studio above the owners’ house with views into the trees. Nicely appointed and a perfect place for us. We come to Portland regularly to see out son and his partner and from now on this is where we plan to stay. Owners are friendly and responsive
