Experience the best of Newport & Middletown from this secluded modern cottage on Easton’s Point—just blocks from First Beach and a short walk to Second Beach. This fully furnished retreat offers a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone countertops, and a breakfast bar. Unwind in the cozy living space with a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet, or step outside to a stone patio with a gas grill, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower for post-beach refreshment. This property is professionally managed by Warner Realty Group Property Management. Guests will receive door codes via email prior to arrival and the property uses "Self Check In". The property managers are available by phone and text if they are needed and their offices are close by.

Sea Shell Cottage is located in the Easton's Point Neighborhood of Middletown. It's a friendly location with lots of other vacationers and has traditionally been a summer vacation colony. The property is just a short walk from a number of restaurants such a Diego's Barrio Cantina, Tickets Bar & Grill and Aquidneck Pizza. You'll also find Empire Coffee, Clementine's Homemade Ice Cream, two surf shops, a liquor store and much more!

The house is equipped with a smart lock that allows for self check in.

This is one of two cottages on the property, each with it's own private entrance and dedicated parking. The cottage offers the convenience of single level living with in unit laundry and a chef's kitchen. The primary bedroom offers a queen and the secondary bedroom has two twin beds plus a trundle for an option 5th person.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking basics and you'll find meal prep a breeze!
Air Conditioning is provided by window units.
Guests will arrive to find beds made with freshly laundered linens and a plentiful supply of towels for their use.
The property has one walk - in shower bath as well as an outdoor shower. qui

From the property you can walk to Easton's (First) Beach on the Newport side and Sachuest (Second) Beach on the Middletown side.
Aquidneck Ave with it's myriad of restaurants, cafes and shops is a short walk and Newport is an easy Uber/Lyft ride a way if you don't want to fight for parking.

Great Location to Explore Newport

We were very happy with the location and accessibility to Newport. The place was surprisingly spacious with a good kitchen, fridge/freezer and counter space. The bathroom and shower were also very good (the shower being much needed after days on the water!). I'd also like to compliment Sherri for being very quick to address an issue that was unexpected on our first night there. A responsive host makes a big diffference and she was excellent!

Fantastic location and house

This two bedroom one bath house was the perfect size for a family of four. The open concept layout was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. There was laundry, WiFi and parking. - everything we needed. The location was amazing. Walkable to first and second beaches (20 min to first), the Cliff walk and the International tennis hall of fame. We walked to the Breakers which was under an hour. Sherri was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We recommend this place highly.

Cozy cottage in an ideal location

We had a wonderful stay here. The home was located in a great neighborhood with tons of friendly neighbors and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Home was only a couple minutes away from downtown Newport so we loved going to the beach during the day, grabbing a bite downtown and hanging outside for a nightcap in the back patio. The home had everything we need to cook quick meals and was very clean. We'd absolutely would come back. :)

Beautiful Cottage

We had a great stay at this cottage. House was clean and well stocked. Bed linens and towels were top notch. Close to Newport, Uber was handy to get in and out of town. We were a group of 4 and we had plenty of room. Loved everything about it. I would highly recommend.

Great Location and Very Nice Place

My wife and I stayed with another couple and had a great time. The owner is very responsive and even let us check-in early. The location is close to downtown Middletown and a short drive to the beaches and Newport. Overall great place!

Comfortable and close to everything you need

We came for a girls weekend away and had a great time at this property. We were able to drive to all necessities close by and the Ubers to downtown Newport were very inexpensive. When cooking at the house we found everything we needed for our meals. The back patio was also well maintained.

Great Stay

We love staying in this particular area and this rental was perfect for our family. Super close to the beaches and a few shops/restaurants within walking distance. We are hopeful to stay again in the near future

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful cottage. Home is clean, well stocked, and is in an amazing location close to everything you’d want experience in Newport and walking distance to the beach!

Recommend!

We loved this house and location. It was clean and ready for us, no issues. We are a family of four and were very comfy. There was one problem, which was totally our fault, and the owners were so calm and kind and we were able to handle it quickly and easily. I was so relieved. I was concerned about the AC situation (more for my husband than me), but it was completely fine even on hot days. We even turned it down a couple times because it was cool enough. I was also concerned about walking with our kids to the beach, and no problem there either. We were able to walk to the beach and a couple restaurants and shops easily. The area is full of renters and vacationers, lots of families, very friendly and safe. Would definitely recomend staying here. Perfect location for beach, history, nature, luxury, all in one vacation. Our favorite things were (two extremes) exploring at Sachuest Point, and having a sunset dinner at Castle Hill. Both amazing!

Great house and location.

My husband, daughter and I stayed in the property for 2 weeks and felt like it was our little home away from home. The property is exactly as advertised, the location was great, just a couple of blocks from the beach, and the host was quick to respond when we had a mishap with the washing machine. We'll definitely be back! Brian, thank you again for the delicious fish!

Wonderful Stay, Amazing Hosts

We had a lovely time with our children. The apartment lay out was perfect, including a grill and backyard patio to enjoy evening dinners. It was very well stocked with supplies as well. The location is perfect and we were walking distance to the beach and a very short drive to Newport. I could run to and on the Cliff Walk on morning runs which was amazing. Sherri and her husband were top-notch hosts. It was a pleasure and we will be back.

Great property in a great location

Loved our stay! The house was just as described and so clean! We had one small issue and the owners were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Newport!

Wonderful house!

We had a great family vacation with our 2 small children. The house was very welcoming and had everything we needed! This was our 4th time staying in the neighborhood. It's a perfect location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The little Italian market down the street was my absolute favorite, I recommend it! And highly recommend the house!

Thankful we were introduced to the beauty Aquidneck Island has to offer. Share in our glory and enjoy everything about this hidden gem of an area.
