We have sailed the world and enjoyed living in small staterooms on the sailboat while exploring new cultures while living abroad. Thus the tiny home concept works great for us, and we welcome you enjoy our cabins we built out and finished (just for you to enjoy).
My name is Blue Eagle, and i am part of the Cherokee tribe (trail of tears) on paternal side, and a daughter of republic of Texas on maternal side going back 7 generations here in Tejas. We enjoy simplistic living, and find peace in the country here at Blue Eagle Retreat. We love the Certified wildlife habitat we created here for our birds, wild critters, and monarch butterflies that migrate through here. We offer wild spaces for guest to enjoy and we prefer for them to stay wild (where the wild things are)... sit outside at night and watch for the possums or bigger critters that come near the cabins to smell the new smells you bring. Beautiful sunsets from here, and rocking chair cabana for you to enjoy as you RELAX....

Peaceful country location 20-25 minutes from downtown waco. Easy access on I 35. We are not a fancy hotel, nor do we want that experience. We offer a farm setting with mini donkeys, chickens, and fresh eggs for you to enjoy. Escape people and the loud city... relax here and find your soul.

Rocking chairs can be enjoyed in the evening as sunsets. Fully furnished and equipped for you to enjoy. Bring food and drinks and your clothes and toothbrush.. we provide the rest..... literally, REST...
We offer a relaxing hot tub under the stars, outdoor shower near the hot tub for your enjoyment 24 hours a day. We do not close the hot tub, so you can enjoy 24 hours a day. Quiet hours do exist 9 pm to 8 am. Bring that book you've been wanting to read, and read it without being disturbed.... We offer wildlife viewing from our cabana of our neighbor's high fenced exotic ranch with black buck, many kinds of deer and elk. Listen in the evenings for the howl of the elusive coyotes... Watch the birds in our eco habiit and monarch watchway. (certified wildlife habitat). We offer native grasses and wildflowers to grow, bloom and seed here during Soring and into summer. Escape town and come to the country where you find your soul...
