This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and features granite countertops, tile floors, flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a stacked washer and dryer set.

Accommodations comfortably sleep 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed. This fully furnished condo will make the perfect beach home away from home.

Enjoy our 2 pools on the property, including our outdoor pool and our heated indoor pool! The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 years old and younger from 10am-6pm.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).
Outdoor Pool:
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:


Gym policies:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.
