Paradise is only a few steps away from this newly furnished condo – with floor-to-ceiling windows that boast unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sugar-white sand.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for three and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Per Bathroom = Toilet Paper - 2 Rolls • (1) Shampoo • (1) Body Wash • (1) Conditioner • (1) Lotion • (1) Facial Bar Soap • (1) Body Bar Soap

Indoor Pool:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).
Outdoor Pool:
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:

Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Wonderful magical spot at the beach!

Loved this condo and the location, view. The beach is gorgeous, amenities top notch. It's not a well stocked kitchen. About the equivalent of a hotel. And you have to bring pool/beach towels. But I'd come back for sure!

Our stay was excellent. Upon arrival, we noticed how clean it was, as usual. We have stayed in this same condo at least three times, and each time was enjoyable with no issues. It is in a great location with effortless beach access and a nice view of the beach area. Thank you for a great vacation stay.

Relaxing Getaway

We came in town for the Flashpoint Army Revival and were looking for a place to enjoy the sand and beach while attending as well as a couple extra days to enjoy.The Condo was perfect for the two of us, Great view of the beach, clean and easy access to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location/Views

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was cozy. Plus, you can't beat the view from the porch. The Beach Club location is within walking distance to several restaurants. Looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful views!

This property was perfect for us. Short walking distance to most restaurants and shops. The sliding glass doors opened up to give you an awesome view and we could hear the ocean. It had everything we needed to cook our shrimp and crab legs. Quick drive to a Walmart market and to Joe Patti's seafood market. Right on the beach.

I enjoyed being able to go to the gym before going to the beach. When the weather prevented me from going to the beach the indoor pool was an added bonus.

FANTASTIC VIEW AND LOCATION

The best part of this property was definitely the view and also the ability to walk to local restaurants. The beach chairs are a great amenity. The furniture is a little run down and could use some freshening up. The dryer is a fire hazard and the ice maker is on it's last legs which I did report to property management.

Annual Pensacola Trip

Beautiful property and easy pool and beach access. Across the street from Paradise Bar and Grill and Native Cafe. Added bonus. No complaints other than there were no hangers in the closet, no plastic cups, which we purchased, but not a big deal. We will be renting from this complex and management of property again. Property Management staff were super friendly and helpful.

New washer/dryer. Installer left water, trash dirt on floor which I cleaned up. No towels in room but they did bring right up. Unit is simple but adequate. View of ocean is amazing. Would stay again.

Great Location!

We typically dont like large condo complexes but this unit is right in front of 15 story building, facing gulf! A bit noisy with cleaning crews and we had issues accessing the door code, but the management office took care of us. I would recommend you bring any additional pillows or blankets as this unit is bare bones. No additional cooking items or bedding available! Would recommend for a quick stay and if you want beach front!

Beautiful renovation and location. Slight smell to air with fan running. Difficult to check in as codes did not work but was corrected in a timely manner. Then codes were not communicated properly causing me to be locked out of the pool area.
