Find yourself directly on the serene waters of the Santa Rosa Sound in this massive home!
This beautiful new 8 bedroom and 8 bathroom can sleep up to 30 people! Baywatch is the ideal place to host your next family get together or a reunion with friends and family.

The kitchen was made for entertaining with a spacious island, bar seating, two fridges, two dishwashers, and two ovens! You’ll be able to fill the dining room tables with a feast large enough to feed an army. The back deck is accessible from the dining and living areas, the marvelous water views will stun you.


There are four bedrooms on the main level of the home - Two bedrooms have 2 queen beds, one has 1 king bed and one is a fun kids room with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds. There are 4 more bedrooms upstairs - Three with 2 queen beds and one with 1 king bed. All bedrooms have a TV and bathroom for guest convenience.

The gulf is just a short walk across the island! Dining, shopping and entertainment can be found just 1.5 miles from the home.

Pet Friendly. Let your pet (25lb or less) enjoy the vacation with you. (Associated fees apply)

Our family so enjoyed our stay at Baywatch! The house was very clean when we arrived! The amount of beds was so wonderful to accommodate 15 children! Being able to enjoy sitting on the porch while the kids played in the pool or played at the beach was perfect for our family! Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation!

You will not be disappointed

We took our college team to do our winter training in town and this place fit the space and the budget. The place was spacious, modern, and had lots of extras. It has it's own bay beach access, volleyball court and pool. It had a very short walk to the Gulf and not too far from the shops. The kitchen was enormous and was needed for our large group. Each room was large with a private bathroom. There was a massive deck to hang out outside and plenty of room inside. Having Laundry closets on each floor was great. There was some normal wear from use and many lights were dim or out. I had to look for for the cable to power the TV in my room, but found one in the living room. It would have been nice to have the pool heated as it was pretty cold weather during our stay. I would highly recommend this house and will book again next year!

Huge property - great for family gathering

The Pensacola beach house was perfect size for our annual family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked for dishes; the double oven, fridges, and dishwashers were key amenities for such a large group! The deck was a great hang out! The pool was cold but didn’t stop the kids from going in. having beach right outside was great for the kids to run around and also play volleyball.The area was safe and enjoyed some nice walks over to the gulf beach. Overall we had a great stay and would come back again!!

Thanksgiving reunion of a family

Overall a wonderful house! Just a few small things that occurred! But simple things to take care of! Wish the pool had been heated. Too chilly to actually use! But the 20 of us had a blessed Thanksgiving altogether for the first time in eight years! Thank you!

Beautiful Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Baywatch waterfront beach home. The house was spacious for our large family. Everybody was able to have their own room and bathroom. The beach was beautiful. We definitely recommend this place.

WHEN FAMILY ARE FRIENDS

There is no assistance in getting luggage, food, etc. up the flight of steps, and my wife is disabled and I'm 80 years old. A simple dumbwaiter would have made a world of difference. Also, of the 8 VRBO's we've stayed in, the TV service was the worst. Confusing remotes and a poor choice of programs.

When we were there Pensacola Beach had double red flags the entire week. Having the sound, a beach and the pool right there saved our vacation!

Family Reunion

The property is spacious but not taken care of. Small things would improve the accommodations. Plastic hangers in closets, ironing board padded cover, retouch painting around the deck door handles, its dirty and looks bad, the couch smells, not really the best 'beach' furniture especially for elders to try and sit or get up from, the dinning table laminate is peeling off and looks cheap and nasty and most of the dishware is cracked or chipped. All in all, the proprty needs some TLC.

Amazing Beach Stay

HUGE house with more than enough room for everyone that came (13 adults 5 kids). We really appreciated the fact that each room had its own full bath. The only issue is that there is no common area bathroom that isn’t someone’s bathroom for the stay. Definitely not a deal breaker at ALL for us, but some might be a little miffed at it. Doesn’t effect the stay at all. The house was well stocked with all the basics. You definitely don’t need to bring coffee filters in 2023! Seems like everyone leaves theirs LOL Kitchen: 2 full sized fridges, 2 drip coffee makers, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, and one tiny microwave. Ha. Cracked us up!! The pool was well maintained and perfect with the covered porch providing shade until 1pm or so! We are local and are so happy to have found this gem. The rental company was amazing staying in touch when my son lost his phone under the mattress in the kids room. I absolutely will recommend this company to out of towners and locals! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Baywatch

The house was in a great location. It was very clean. It needs some TLC (cabinet doors were peeling and some showers drained slowly to name a few) but the house set up was great and the location was great. Check in was not great. Check in time was 4:00 but we didn't get a call until closer to 5:00 and had to drive back to get the keys. The folder in house says the check in time is guaranteed by 4:00. ;

Pensecola stay

Check listed at 4, house was not ready. There were 2 people trying to clean 8 bedroom house. There was horrific odor. From full trash cans that had run out on garage area. It smelled awful. Dishwasher sitting down in trash area. Was told someone would come back and pick up. They did after several days. The smell was still really bad after 3 days. There was also an order coming from ice maker at bar which didn’t work, and one dishwasher did not workWas hard to enjoy pool and area under house. House was beautiful and everything else was good. I feel like needed more cleaning people. I understand that check in begins at 4, when you rent house u pay for 4 nights . In all actuality you are only getting house for 3 1/2 days . Last day don’t count cause u have to be out by 10. The first day we couldn’t get in til after 4, and was actually still not ready. Some of other places had house ready and we weee able to get in by 1. That at least gives us day one. It’s a lot of money to pay to loose 2 days. Aside from those things we loved the house and would stay again.

Family Reunion

We had an incredible time at our beloved, beautiful Pensacola Beach. The house is fabulous! Sadly, our weather wasn’t “ideal”, but the large, deep porches saved the day. We WILL be back The Campbell Family

This house had 8 spacious bedrooms and held our family of 15 with room to spare. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves and the volleyball court was a pleasant surprise. Any issue we had during our stay was handled promptly by the property management company. For example, each bathroom was not equipped with hair dryers, they delivered hair dryers to the house shortly after calling. Thank you!

Huge beach house

The pros: Overall a perfect house for our family. 8 bedrooms with bathrooms, two dishwashers, refrigerators and washer/dryers. Tons of extra blankets and towels, right on the sound and a very short walk to the bay. A gigantic couch for the kids to play on, watch tv, read. Perfect layout for people’s that wanted to sleep in- quiet in all the rooms, several with private decks. Tons of silverware and cooking implements. A short drive to shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood (mostly- the church across the street had a late event one night with a band), but very walkable streets. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps were provided, as were very small amounts of dishwashing detergent, laundry soap and dishwasher powder. The cons: the pool is not heated. This was a huge negative for me- our family of small children would have spent every day in there had it been warm. Also there were no beach towels provided, and no plastic bowls, cups or storage containers, which we ended up buying, in addition to better quality paper towels and toilet paper. No wine glasses at all. The knives were not suitable for anyone that likes to cook (or cut things) and there is only one cutting board, making meal prep harder than in needed to be. Overall… we would go back, but much later in the season so the pool is warm (unless they read this and heat it!), and we would be prepared with supplies of our own. It’s a great house but for the price the cons could easily be remedied.

We had a wonderful time with our family the house was big spacious clean the view of ocean was breathtaking. The washer and dryer works perfect the two refrigerators was needed and kept everything nice and cool the AC kept the house nice and cool the pool was clean we had plenty of towers and pool chairs there were plenty of trash cans everything was just fabulous. We had a blessed time since the pandemic everyone has been locked in and away from each other it was nice to spend quality time with family we are so grateful. This is one of the best vacation spots we've had the pleasure of staying in.

Rolled With It

Process was seamless. Company is super to work with-actually act happy you chose them to be a customer (sometimes a rare find). I had college aged girls who were super low maintenance. Some slept on the couch bc it appears they expect 3 to a King in their 30 count. My girls were fine with that. The main living floor is hot all. the. time, especially the 3 bedrooms. Ice machine broken. Left fridge’s freezer doesn’t keep things real frozen (our ice cream and popsicles), but the right one did. Both fridge ice makers gave us a only a handful of ice in the 4 days we were there. Left dishwasher would not turn on. Right dishwasher leaks. Slow drain on most sinks, but they do drain. One SMALL microwave. We rolled with all of that. Plenty of good things-2 ovens; plenty of pots, pans, and utensils; great balconies; private pool; steps from sand and water; upstairs bedrooms were nice and cold; lots of bathrooms; and w/d on each floor. More than ample amount of parking! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves-you just have to roll with what’s not “perfect.” It’s hard to find a place like this for so many. They are already making plans to come back next year! We got so much work done yet we were able to have plenty of free time during our stay.
