Absolutely loved this property we did a beach wedding on the beach it accommodated our large group perfectly the kitchen was overly stocked !!! The view and short distant to the beach was absolutely amazing he porch was huge there were so many options of food and shopping across the street would definitely stay again

Location was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook for a large group. Beds were comfortable with lots of towels. Be aware it really is a “starter pack” bring your own TP & paper towels. Had an ant & roach issue (it’s summer in Florida, hard to keep those out) Easy walk to the beach with all the beach chairs & umbrellas available Industrial ice maker a HUGE win!

Dreamy beach house!

Beautiful beach house that accommodated a large extended family! The storage room on the bottom level was full of the beach items we needed. The ice machine was a bonus. We did have a few maintenance issues but the management sent someone right away.

Perfect for a beach wedding

This property was amazing for our beach wedding we had! We had the rehearsal and reception right under the house. It was beautiful and perfect!!! Definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful and is right on the beach. It is very comfortable and provided lots of room for our family to spread out. The management company went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.

Great house

Amazing location, home was ok overall BUT except a few things like the grill, it was super dirty, propane tanks provided were all empty (3 of them), something to point at was the nails on the back wood porch, some of them were sticking out and that could be very dangerous to anybody walking with or without any shoes/sandals, that needs to be fixed asap, outdoor shower to clean sand is very old it even has rust on it pipe is about to explode on its own, I would definitely recommend owner/owners fixed some of these things

Family Vacation

This house was right on the beach which was very nice and was plenty big enough for all of our family for my parents 50th wedding anniversary! Overall it was a nice rental, however it could stand a good DEEP cleaning and a few repairs (lights, touch up paint, doors, dishwasher, etc.) in each room and bathroom, as well as fixing the blinds on the back door or totally removing them from the door. Overall we had a great time and the roominess and location & beach views were great!!

Literally on the beach!

Such pretty views from every window facing the waters. So peaceful and relaxing! The only "bad" things about the property are how bare bones the supplies are. You'll need to bring everything...including salt/pepper and hand soap. First world problems compared to the beautiful home. Enjoy your stay.

Great property on beach

Great property right on the beach. Only problem I found is the upkeep. Blinds were falling off the door, and the others were broken so when you open the door you knocked small children over because you couldn’t see them on the other side. Couldn’t blow dry your hair in either bathroom because the outlets were tripped and we couldn’t get them back on.

Location to the beach was great.

Overall The house lacked some amenities the cleanliness was not as great as it could’ve been the couches were extremely dirty or not backyard but it was from a sanitation standpoint was very unacceptable people want to get paid immediately fans have not been dusted the baseboards were filthy lot so I’m not sure how often a deep cleaning is done between stays so that may be part of the issue bus

Property manager told us in advance that the stove top and the oven were not fully functional. They provided an air fryer and discounted our stay. We had a live roach in the kitchen, a rat that climbed the outside stairs and visited the deck at different times of the day and the outside stairs to the deck was in disrepair, and a chair had been to block the use thereof.

Good trip, but had a bumpy start

The property location and beach was just perfect When we arrived the door code didn’t work (quickly fixed) and none of the ice makers were operational, but there were plans to address this in the next couple of weeks. The property manager brought us a few bags of ice and let us know that we’d be reimbursed for the cost of ice during our stay. The upstairs AC wasn’t working when we arrived so the first night was a bit uncomfortable for the people upstairs. The property manager was extremely responsive, had repairmen on site the next morning to check it out, and show us how to reset it if needed (worked great for the rest of our stay). There were just a couple of minor repairs needed (outside ceiling fans), but overall the property was in great shape. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location!

If you are primarily interested in close proximity to the beach, this house is perfect!! The house is definitely getting aged in places and needs some updating. The back porch had blue masking tape all over it and has a weird step right off the back door. The bathroom situation is very weird. One bathroom has no shower door or curtain and water gets everywhere and the “master suite” bathroom has no shower at all, just a garden tub with a shower head that didn’t work. The kitchen was the most difficult to work with. We are all meals except for 1 at the house and we were there 5 days. There is NOTHING there except for dishes. No dishwasher soap, dish soap, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee filters, foil…nothing. We had ordered groceries but still had to go back for items you don’t think about on vacation. We have stayed in several beach houses and they were always stocked with the odd and end things that made cooking so much easier. Overall, the house was great due to the location. Perfect spot! The house was okay but maybe not worth the amount of money.

Overall we really loved this house. It was comfortable and spacious and definitely had plenty of room. The view was incredible. Being able to step directly to the beach from the back porch is great. The picture window in the living room area is to be coveted. Having 2 refrigerators and an ice machine available made plenty of space for drinks and food. Having a quality washer and dryer available was also rather nice. Minor annoyances to be aware of, but not necessarily deal breakers: The couches are stained, but not overly obvious. The HVAC filters are dirty and not changed as often as they should be. So if you have dust allergies, be aware of this. Didn't affect us too much. The wifi range absolutely sucks. It goes in and out and isn't very good. But if you stay close to the main living room and kitchen area it'll work just fine, especially for small work tasks like browsing the internet and checking emails. The beds can be uncomfortable depending on what type of bed you like. A few of them dip in the middle and can hurt. The pillows on each bed throughout the house seem to be very stiff. So if you like a soft fluffy pillow, bring your own! The last one that may or may not be a deal breaker for you, is that you cannot adjust the air conditioning or heating. It is locked to a specific temperature. For us it was comfortable enough and none of the minor annoyances was a deal breaker. I would highly suggest giving folks control over the climate controls and having removable and cleanable couch covers. Overall though it was a wonderful spot and we had a great time with our family and friends. I would not hesitate to rent this house again for a future vacation.

We have stayed in several houses in Pensacola Beach with 4 generations of our family, 4 married couples with their kids. They agreed this was the best one yet. The house was great with everything working and being on the beach was, of course, a big hit. When we had a need, it was addressed very quickly. Only negative that has been mentioned by other vacationers, the big deck has a number of nail heads exposed so you have to wear shoes or be very careful where you walk. Still 5 stars, though.

Not what we expected.

When we checked in the door would not open with the code. We were put on hold for 8 minutes to get through to a person to help. Once we were able to talk to a person she was very helpful and got us situated. Upon entering the upstairs air conditioning was not working. Again we were on hold for about 10 minutes, were told someone would be there "shortly". No one ever came. On hold again, told tomorrow. We had the rest of our family stop at a hotel on the way. A technician did not arrive until 2:00 the next day to get it fixed. We were comped the first night. Both ice makers were broken. We were supplied bags of ice which was nice. The technician for the ice maker did not come until late in the week. The house itself is good. The main drawback is that there is not a shower in the master, only a tub with a hand held sprayer. We had 12 people with 3 showers. I'm sure if I had looked more closely to the description I would have figured that out so that is my fault, we were just surprised since most houses have a shower in the master. Also the coffee maker did not work. We let them know...on hold again...and they said they would put an order in. We bought one the next morning. We never heard from them again regarding the coffee maker. As far as cleanliness it was good except the window shutters were very dirty. All in all I would not rent from this company again. I don't think VRBO was responsible but the company hired to maintain it.

Disappointed

Arrived to the property with no key code provided the doors were unlocked,roaches were in the home and spotted in the laundry room the bedroom next to the dining room and the kitchen, the seat cover in the living area was dirty. The blanket was dirty. Wifi code not provided had to call maintenance 2 times for the propane tank. Bedroom downstairs next to kitchen bed was so uncomfortable the fixtures are pretty beat up. The balcony slump is so unsafe my elderly aunt slipped and fell. The sign before you step out the back door needs to be more visible and something outside for the slump in the balcony. My only positive was the view!
