1311 Ariola just added an additional Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom and an additional full bath! Complete with additional upgrades throughout the house, this property will be a favorite! 1311 Ariola will supply 7 full size bedrooms, 3 cubby bedrooms, and 8.5 baths. This home accommodates even the largest group with over 5000sqft of living space and sleeping 32 comfortably.

The great room on the main level features a large living areas with 3 sofas, and oversized dining table and a large kitchen with new quartz countertops with additional seating along the bar. Also provided is an abundant preparation space for all chefs. The main level also features a large primary bedroom with en suite bath, two additional king bedrooms with private baths and one double queen bedroom with private bath. The laundry room and 1/2 bath with exterior access to the decks provides easy access from the pool or carport.

The top floor offers the remaining bathrooms and bedrooms, including an additional oversized 20'x30' living room, complete with a seating area, dining space, and multiple daybeds. This level also features a brand new King master with en suite bathroom , two large double queen bedrooms one with a private en suite bathroom, and three cubby rooms each with two twin beds. There are also two additional full size bathrooms with access from the common areas.

The underneath area of this home is completely open creating a wonderful space for small events and space for over a dozen cars. The parking area in front of the home is completed with pavers and offers additional parking. The beach is directly across the street and with two vacant lots across from the home, it currently has unobstructed gulf views. There are covered decks on both the front and rear of the home creating an ideal space for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

This was the perfect place our staff getaway that included some of their young children. There was plenty of space. The large open kitchen, dining room and living room were perfect for games, eating and fun.

The location was perfect—right across from the beach with easy access, and close to grocery store and restaurants.The front porch quickly became a favorite gathering spot for morning coffee and evening chats. The pool was another highlight—we even had a fun pool party during our stay. We also loved the ample parking underneath the house, which made it easy for everyone to come and go.The beach was just steps away, and we made the most of it by playing volleyball, walking the shore, and soaking up the sun. Between the porch time, the pool, and the beach, The Dolphin House gave us so many opportunities to relax and connect as a family.Highly recommend this home for any large family or group looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked Dolphin House over Labor Day weekend for family reunion. Everyone voted to return next year they loved it so much. Big attraction was the ability to see the ocean and easy beach access. The only problem was a stove that only offered three working burners and unreliable heat on the working three. Were such a large group it’s impossible to eat out so we were very dependent on the kitchen. Easy fix though (hopefully) and it didn’t keep us from returning next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location are beautiful and had all of the amenities that our family of 17 of four generations experienced. However, upon arrival with a toddler being on the floor a lot, we all noticed that under the furniture hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. We found lots of dirt, dust, food wrappers, and even an old banana peel. I would ask that you encourage the cleaning crews to do a better job. Also, we had several people over the age of 55 who found the porch chairs and pool area chairs to be uncomfortable and difficult to get out of for them. The upstairs cubby rooms were perfect for our four grandchildren and was ideal with their own entertainment space. Our morning coffee looking at the Gulf was our favorite part of every day!

The kids loved their very own mini bedrooms. Everything was clean, with the exception of the stairs leading to the second story were sticky. We were not able to use the pool as it isn’t heated, but I’m sure that would have been a hit if so. Overall this is a great property for a large group, and the views are incredible.

Plenty of parking and space for beach gear. Both the porch and pool area were nice spots to gather in the morning and evenings. Suggestions from our group would be a few more barstools at the Tiki Hut and some tables for the pool area. Overall a great rental, no issues with maintenance, plenty of pots/pans, plates, glasses, etc. for our group of 29.

The tiki bar out back was perfect for our bar, the under part of the house had plenty of room for our reception dinner, and we had our ceremony only a few steps from the house on the beautiful beach. Very convenient and easy to rent chairs and tables from the house owner Jodi who is very helpful! I HIGHLY recommend this house for your wedding, family get together, or vacation. The house is amazing! We will definitely be back for an anniversary celebration!

I would recommended baby gates for the stairs for families with young children. The front porch overlooking the beach was our favorite spot at the house. Very Nice House

I rented this for my mother’s 60th birthday so all of her 13 kids, their spouses and her grandkids could all be under the same roof and it housed all 33 of us! The beach really is right there and they have the facilities (like two fridges, two dishes, a custom large table) to house a large group!
