Relaxing Getaway

Fantastic property. The area was nice and the people were friendly. The pool was excellent especially on those hot florida days. Close to the beach and other activities. Would recommend will probably go again.

Fun in the sun

Pool area was awesome. Quiet neighborhood and a short drive to shopping, beach and restaurants. Owner is very nice and is available if needed. Will definitely go back.

This was the perfect house for our getaway. Quiet neighborhood all the amenities were spot on with listing and Rick was very responsive when you had a question. We will definitely stay here again.

needs updates

needed deep cleaning the pool had green spots all over it living room furniture has seen better days...was suppossed to be parking for 2 cars in the garage..it was so packed with stuff could only get one car in it

Vacation and enjoying Pickleball tournament

The house is located a mile away from Pictona which is one of the best Pickleball facilities that we have ever seen. We came to take a Pickleball vacation and it was perfect. Didn’t even mind that it rained 4 of the days that we were there. We were able to play under cover and enjoy a rainy day walk on the beach that is also a short 8 min drive. The lanai is beautiful and we enjoyed several of our meals poolside. This house had everything we needed and located close to Tanger Mall, restaurants, Daytona beach, Ormond beach and Pictona

Would definitely stay again

Owner was easy to contact and provided plenty of towels and household supplies! Made for a great experience. We brought/used alot of our own just because we aren't used to paper products being provided but it was a nice surprise.

Not fancy but lots of fun!

We really liked the location of this rental and having the covered pool in the back. That was very nice when the 3 year old didn't want to go to the beach with us. Everything was comfortable. There was some yard art that made the house look grungy as compared to the photos on the listing. The pool will need some attention soon.

Great stay in Holly Hills

We stayed for five days four nights, house was immaculately cleaned. Pool was clean in the lanai was refreshing to sit under the shade and feel breezes. Neighbors were nice. Two blocks away from Winn-Dixie and Woody’s barbecue, which was convenient. The only downside was the garage where the washer and dryer was located was really full with stuff that I assume belongs to the owner. Cars and trucks under repair, motorcycle, a little rascal and all kinds of automotive stuff in the garage that could use some organizing and cleanup. Inside the house was awesome, however. Lots of games and books. Lots of supplies which I had packed not knowing that they would be there but it was nice to have some condiments and bathroom soaps, etc. plus paper towels and toilet paper ready on site. Rick, the property manager, was awesome and answered all my questions.

Nice Get-Away!!

A beautiful, well-equipped home with all the necessary items one could ever want at their disposal or need. So neat and furnished so very nice. Excellent screen porch w/pool!! Loved the friendly quiet neighborhood as well. I would definitely return.

Overall wonderful vacation!

We had a great time at Ricks property. There were enough towels and accommodations for all of us no problem. The only minor complaint I have was the fridge was full of old expired condiments and was not cleaned before arrival. Other than that it was wonderful and we would stay again!

Awesome Place!

Our host was great and immediately called when we had a minor issue. The home was the best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. The kids loved the pool and we spent time on Daytona Beach which we loved. Great to drive down the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks Rick for your hospitality!

I spent a lot of time as a child, each and every summer, enjoying Cape Cod right up until I was in my early 20’s. My oldest brother called me from NY and suggested I visit as soon as possible. The following weekend, I jumped in my Corvette and drove to NY. Big brother proposed we open a Corvette Center to buy, sell, repair, and sell parts. It was a struggle for the first few years but turned into an incredible success…
Over the years we both acquired Beach type properties…it was in our DNA having grown up just south of Boston, and spending every summer on Cape Cod…
Sadly, after 28 years in business together, my brother was diagnosed with lymphoma and succumbed to it. Previously, we lost the ultimate employee/parts manager and part time GM to a Brain Tumor. All I could think of is I must be next…time to close the doors…and I did!
A few years back, I sold off everything in NY and moved to Daytona…no more snow for ME!
Now, I’m enjoying my retirement, managing my rentals, and still playing with Corvettes and more…
