With a prime locale in the Edgewater Resort, this coastal condo is a sure bet for your next beach getaway! Take in Gulf views from the private balcony -- the perfect place to start or end your days. Unwind for movie nights in the open-concept living area, fitted with a flat-screen TV and sofabed. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware.

The main suite presents an en suite bathroom and balcony access. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV for added entertainment. When you stay at Edgewater, enjoy access to amazing shared amenities, including a beachfront pool, hot tub, and fitness center. This 11th-floor condo is accessible via an elevator and also includes cable TV and central air-conditioning.

This condo was an absolutely amazing place. Beds are comfortable and the view is beautiful from the balcony. It does need some updates but in reality it is a great deal and a wonderful property. We will stay again.

Gulf Coast Gem

This short stay with family was packed with fun for every age group. The beach and heated outdoor pool were enjoyed by the children. The condo was very nice and the manager kept in close contact to make sure everything was perfect for us.

Good bones

The grounds were fabulous! The room was very spacious but very much needs to be updated. I would recommend adding ceiling fans as well

Great location, but older unit

The location was great and we loved the area we stayed. The unit itself was older and any updates had been cheaply done. It would have also been nice to have some basic amenities such as a laundry basket, a pen, and some additional utensils and dishes. Overall, it was a good stay. We would stay in the same area again but probably look for a different unit.

Older condo with beautiful view

Gorgeous grounds,access to beach and pool. Comfortable master bed, room for kids with 2 bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. Bathrooms need update. If you are older may have harder time accessing shower. Living area is comfortable. Pullout couch is fine if you have healthy back. There is card access for gate. Had good stay with few inconveniences that perhaps younger couple would overlook.

I’m not sure why yall want me to revise this was our experience. I have pics and videos and text messages to prove everything I’ve said is true. Everything in this condo was broken! Lights broken, holes in the walls the irons didn’t work the sink was clogged and nobs came off the sinks. The condo was dirty spider webs all over the place and a dirty shower curtain with old shampoo all over it. Oh and the baseboards was left on the ground not attached to the wall left on ground And no WiFi because apparently they don’t know the password to it. I did contact Vacasa and they sent someone to try and fix what he could and he said we should get our money back because that condo shouldn’t have been rented out like that but Vacasa only wants to give 151.04 for the WiFi! Please stay away from this unit I’m gonna try and get my money back at least half of it because we spent close to 1,000 for a good condo not to stay in a condo that had everything broken!! I do have pictures of what it truly looks like I told them they catfished us online pics are a lie!!! And they need to reimburse us. No one ever contacted me like they said they would either do it was unprofessional all they did was send a text that WiFi would be refunded. No reply after that.

Needs work

The condo looks just as it does in the pictures, whoever what you don't see in the long list of items that need to be fixed or was "re-done" in a cheep and crappy way. The towel rack in master bath fell out of the wall the first day, TP holder does not sit right, the master bed needed to be propped up by our cooler at night because it dipped in the middle. The kitchen is so bare there is barely enough pots and pans to cook a meal and what is in there is nasty and looks like it's from the 80's or the DG. We ate most of our meals out for this reason. There was really no seating on the patio, for being so large you would think there would be more. But the best is that the vertical binds in the master bedroom are missing several slats so we felt like we were giving a show every night. I will say the one positive this is that when the kitchen sink backed up they where every quick to respond and come fix it. The pool at the resort is really nice and was a great option on the days the beach was closed. I would go back to the resort but not that condo.

Loved the location, hated the painting

We were not given any details on the property security gate or how to get through it. After we managed to get through security, we found a blank card in the unit that we figured out was the gate key. I never got a response when I asked about it to the property manager. It would have also been nice to have been informed painters would be on our floor painting the walls, railing, and ceiling of the outside corridor the whole weekend we were there. We had to be careful each time we left or came back to unit to avoid the wet paint and workers doing their job. We were not able to see out those windows on the corridor because they were covered so they didn’t get paint on them. The unit was clean and provided plenty of extra blankets and towels - even some much appreciated box fans stored in the closets). We loved how convenient the unit was to the outlet mall (4 minute drive) and the beach (4 minute walk). We also appreciated the double bunk beds since we had four kids with us. Overall we enjoyed it. We may have looked for a different place though if we had known beforehand about the painting.

Wonderful Views

This resort is amazing! The pools and hot tub are a short walk and the beach is only a few feet from there. The views from the front walk way and balcony are spectacular! This unit could use a few updates so if you’re planning a long stay, you may run into a few “annoyances” but nothing the beach can’t fix.

Edgewater 1101

This is one of the older condos in the area but the building, public areas and pool areas are nice and there is convenient access to the beach. This unit (1101) however is in need of updating/remodeling. New flooring has been installed but the bathrooms and kitchen appear to be original and the age really shows, and needs to be replaced. Also; there are no chairs on the balcony, only a table, so take some chairs so you can sit outside and enjoy the view.
