Our vacation home rests on a beautiful property backing into nature preserve with lots of privacy and views of palm trees through the windows!

2 full bathrooms with tub/shower. ( Hair dryer in each bathroom)
The master closet and garage are off limits to our guests. Tampering with locks or key pad will result in cancellation and fees.
There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the dining space seating for 16 people.
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and peninsula kitchen island.
Plenty of place settings including drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, blender, coffee maker, Keurig (including complimentary K-cups, filters and sugar packets!)

Starter supplies: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher/laundry detergent, and soap provided! Extras available upon request and at least 24 hours before check in only.
Guest access: You have access to the entire 2,000 sq.ft. home minus garage/master closet for owner storage.
Parking: 2 spots on the driveway.(2 vehicles max due to HOA restrictions) Please no parking on the street, sidewalk or grass area. Request permission via text for any extra vehicle. No oversized vehicles allowed.
Strict no pets policy. The owners and our cleaners have pet allergies.
Gas grill available upon request. Guests are responsible for maintaining the grill including tank refill and cleaning after every use. No cooking bacon on the grill is allowed. Minimum $50 charge for dirty grill or surrounding area.
ID to be provided upon request. 8 adults max, a maximum of 10 total guests. Min $500 pet cleaning fee for 'No Pet' rule violation.
Trash/ Recycle bins MUST go out on Sunday, front of bin facing the street.
This is a very well kept home with brand new furniture and newly remodeled kitchen and I want everyone to enjoy their time however I cannot express enough that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT ALL and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $450 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (please do it somewhere else), any excess cars or unregistered guests. Absolutely no indoor smoking. Everyone in the booking must be 27+ unless accompanied by parents. 8 adults maximum. We care about our neighbors and our home and this behavior is not allowed at this property.
If this is your intention PLEASE do not book! Property is ideal for family vacations or relaxing friends get togethers.
