Set among the picturesque Mediterranean style cottages at Villa Lago, our vacation home offers impressive views of the 2nd hole of the Baytowne Golf Course from the back porch. #1906 Villa Lago is conveniently located near the swimming pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach and Village of Baytowne Wharf. With upgrades such as new hardwood and travertine floors, 10’ ceilings and custom details, this property is luxurious and comfortable. There is one six seat golf cart for your group to enjoy, so hop on and explore the resort. The sugar white beach is nearby and accessible by tram, bicycle or golf cart.

Our living area is designed with plenty of brand new seating, with a sleeper sofa, an HDTV and access to a covered back porch. The sunny dining area offers seating for six guests and additional kitchen bar seating for four, plus two more at the side bar. With granite countertops and stainless appliances, the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal! For the chef in the group, there is a gas grill on the back porch.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Our master bedroom suite features a king bed, an HDTV, generous closet space with built-ins, and a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and views of the golf course. The adjoining master bathroom is truly a retreat, and is tastefully designed with stone finishes, a jetted tub, and a large shower. There is a guest bedroom with a king bed, an HDTV, a walk-in closet, and an adjoining guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The third bedroom features bunk beds for five and access to a third guest bath. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. The golf cart stays in the driveway, and guests do not have access to the garage. Please note that Villa Lago does not allow any "creative" parking and there will be fines if you do not adhere to the parking rules. There will only be room for two small cars or one large vehicle because of space for the golf cart in relation to the HOA parking rules.

Villa Lago is one of the newest communities at the Resort and is situated alongside the newly renovated Baytowne Golf Course and 1/2 mile from the Village at Baytowne Wharf. With access to all that the Resort has to offer, our home at 1906 Villa Lago is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! For larger parties, this unit may be rented along with nearby #1925, 1904, 1908 Villa Lago units.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
