Casa frente al mar con carrito de golf en el barrio más nuevo de Villa Lago en Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. El primer piso tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con plano de planta abierto para comedor y sala de estar. Hay una barra de desayuno con capacidad para 3, y luego asientos completos en la mesa del comedor para 6 personas. El salón tiene cómodos asientos para toda la familia y un televisor de pantalla plana grande. Hay un medio baño en el 1er nivel de la casa.

Se puede acceder al garaje desde el primer piso de la casa y aquí es donde se encuentra el carrito de golf de 4 asientos que lo espera para tomar un divertido paseo en el resort hasta el pueblo de Baytowne Wharf o Grand Blvd para ir de compras, comer, cenar y eventos. O súbase al carrito de golf con los artículos de playa gratuitos que se proporcionan para su uso, diríjase al acceso a la playa del resort y ponga sus pies en la suave arena blanca y sumérjase en las aguas cristalinas del Golfo de México.

El segundo piso de esta casa de inspiración mediterránea es donde se encuentra la gran suite principal con vestidor, baño principal en suite con doble tocador, ducha y una gran bañera. El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y baño en suite. El segundo dormitorio de invitados es una divertida habitación con literas con literas dobles incorporadas y baño conectado.

The unit is beautiful, very clean, decor is updated nicely. Furniture is comfy, fully stocked kitchen, and any issues we had were addressed promptly. We also loved the porch facing the water off the living room. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is there is no thermostat upstairs. The first couple of days we were there temps were in the upper 70s and it was warm up there. The last few days we were there temps were in the 40s at night and it was COLD up there. Otherwise, it's a beautiful property and as long as it's not summer, we would consider renting again.

Great Place to Stay!

Home Away From Home

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I and our teenage boys. The home was immaculate and truly felt like a home away from home for a week. The location was great and we could get to the beach with ease with lots to do in our gated community as well. Did not want to leave...we will be back!

Great house and fun location for teens and adults!

The golf cart made it easy for my young adults/teens to go shopping and see the sights. The house was very clean. Kitchen supplies were lacking, so make sure you bring more necessities if you intend to cook. Otherwise, great place!

Great tips, George! Yes...if you plan to cook, it helps to bring your own "must haves" so you don't have to buy them. This is true of any rental, anywhere! Beautiful beach property

Wow, what a beautiful home! Everything was decorated beautifully. Enough space for my entire family and everything we needed for our week at the beach. The only thing is that the description states there is an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub, there is no tub in the master bathroom. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This is a nice house had everything we needed a lot of personal supplies really good rental house only issue was the golf cart didn’t work try to contact manager never had an answer regarding the golf cart everything else 100% great.

Beach trip

The property had no where to park a third car even tho there were signs for additional parking . It was no overnight parking allowed . The house only allowed 2 cars . So that was a problem for us . The unit was nice and clean noProblems there . Need more than one garbage bag tho .

Clean and Comfortable

The property was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay in San Destin and the amenities around the community from shopping, dining to the beach and golf. The only hiccup was the clothes dryer was broken so we couldn't wash clothes. My only wish would be to have had some negotiated discounts or benefits with the golf courses in the community. Overall everything was great.

Wonderful

We loved staying at this property. It was really cute! Beautifully decorated and clean. The location was great! Central and close to Destin and 30a. Having access to the golf cart was a plus too! The only complaint is that the dryer was not working our entire stay which was difficult when it came to our beach towels and wet clothing. We had to dry our stuff outside. But overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay at this property again if we had a working dryer.

Family trip

Loved our stay. Great location, convenient amenities (golf cart, beach toys, etc.) We experienced 2 minor issues, but both were resolved relatively quickly. Upon checking in, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. By 10:30 the next morning, the property manager had come out and remedied the situation. Also, the dryer needed maintenance. 1 quick call and a couple hours later, it was working properly. No complaints from us. Would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: we have been vacationing in Destin for the last 8 years, all but 1 year at baytowne. this was pur first exp staying in a house and it was by far the best choice. it was super clean and quiet (minus the frogs!) my kids loved the turtles that would come up to the back every morning. only possible negatives was a garage opener for the cart would be nice, and there was 1 awkward bathroom door, but otherwise everything was perfect. will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Villa is great location but some problems

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was lovely but when we went to make drinks, we realized that someone had turned of the ice maker. Planned to take the golf cart to Publix, but the garage door had no power. My husband had to manually open it. The next morning, upon getting ready, I realized that all (every single one) of the bathroom outlets were shot. My husband spent the next 45 minutes messing with circuits to get the garage & outlets to work. Golf cart has weak battery. We had to charge it after every single run, or we knew we would get stranded. To beat all, the dryer didn't work. I reported it the 1st day, tech came out, but said he was unable to fix and a rep from the company should come out the next day or so to fix. Needless to say, that never happened. We couldn't wash or dry anything, or dry wet suits, etc. The most bizarre property we've ever encountered with our 4 stays at Sandestin.

Carla, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced while staying at one of our properties. We were not alerted about the electrical and garage issues, but would have taken care of those quickly had we known. When you alerted us to the dryer problem, we quickly dispatched a member of our team and it was determined the dryer would need to be repaired by a third party vendor. We apologize this could not happen during your stay, but we have no control over vendor schedules. We do hope, despite these things, that your family enjoyed their vacation and made some wonderful memories this summer of the beach!
