This unique home offers 3 bedrooms (Queen bedroom and bunk room offer window ac's) and is walking distance to South Village Beach. Set off the main road and on a corner lot, this home will be a nice retreat from busy lives and busy vacation days. Take time to enjoy the beach after a short walk to the beautiful South Village Road Beach, then come home and rest and relax on the hammock in the oversized sun room, with the cooling breeze from the overhead fans. Sun room also has plenty of room to relax with the family and play games, eat meals, and create new memories of Ol' Cape Cod. The living room offers a mini split ac for extra cooling. This home has a great yard and outside enclosed shower has a convenient entrance from inside the porch. Book this home now and start making memories!

Area attractions and restaurants include the new and improved Cuffy's, Holly's Deli, Dunkin', Kreme and Kone, Ardeo, Moonfish, Good Friends Cafe, and the delicious "must try" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Small Cottage/Big Porch

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Small lot - no shade! Short walk to beach! Only half bath - not full bath! New appliances - no coffee pot & cheap toaster! Porch saves a stay here!

Nice cottage for a couple or a small family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at 74 Sunset Lane. The cottage was on the smaller side but still very nice inside and had a spacious sunporch and hammock to relax on at night when the weather cools off. A few areas for improvement - a picnic table in the backyard would be great, there is a grill and 4 plastic chairs in the back yard. The bathroom is really small but the outdoor shower was great and we exclusively showered outside. The AC is great in the living room/kitchen but the bedrooms only had the fans and they can get really warm. Overall we had a nice week and it's a beautiful location, very close to the beach - only a 5-8 minute walk.

Very Basic Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is pretty clean, we did have to sweep up dead bugs upon arrival, house is ok, but very, very, very basic. More like a rustic cabin than a beach house. The bath is incredibly tiny, vintage, as in hasn’t been touched in 40 years, smallest shower I’ve ever seen, (smaller than an RV.) The kitchen is very minimally supplied, the pans are stored under the sink with cleaning supplies (gross) because of lack of cabinetry. The stove is immediately next to the fridge making cooking with more than one pan nearly impossible (probably a code violation) as the appliances actually touch, the refrigerator is tiny and does not keep food cold. We didn’t adjust settings on the fridge at all ( as there is a sign instructing you not to.) One positive is the house has a nice screen porch and is in a quiet neighborhood. The exterior of the house is much nicer than the interior. All in all if you are looking for an absolutely no frills, basic rental, this place is for you, just make sure to bring extra coolers to keep your food cold.
