The location was perfect for our needs: great food options, beautiful beaches, amazing access to the must explore spots in Aguadilla and Isabella. We went during rip tide warnings and we were able to easily pivot to southern beaches within an easy 60 minute drive. We even took a day trip to Utuado and Jayuya. This location is absolutely perfect! The actual lodging is comfortable for 2 and a small dog. The place had everything we needed. We only made breakfast and coffee throughout our stay and warmed up leftovers one or two nights. We didn’t need the air conditioner. The fan ventilation was comfortable with a few windows open, but it wasn’t summer. We loved that the car was right by the entryway and there was a beautiful green space right in front with a flowering plátano tree. Amazing! Hot water was great and we had no issues with water or electricity. WiFi was super reliable, too. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The place was clean. The place looks like the picture.This is not a five stars.Looks like a low income place.You have all you need for the stay. The shower goes from hot to cold, we could not find the medium. If you love dogs, perfect because they will wake you up early morning in your vacation.The house behind was in construction and you will notice it before 7 am.They cut the grass early too. You can hear every conversation every day.You can smell marijuana every single day specially in the weekend. The cleaning lady was great and friendly. This whole place needs an update. It was clean but unfortunately the place needs kind of a refreshing smell. The location is great because you are close to the beach but i was scared walking back and forth to the beach after 6 pm. We don’t think we will stay there again.

It's all you need!

What a gem! This place has all you need to enjoy exploring this side of the island. Comfortable beds, the kitchen has all the essentials, and I loved the hammock! atofwinBring headpgomes

We loved this property, it has everything we needed. It was clean, attractive, and comfortable. The only thing I would have added is a tv in the living/dining area. Beach is very close, people are friendly and the owner is great in responding. Will definitely go back here.

Nice little hidden place. I would return!

8 minute walk to the beach was 100% accurate; however I thought it was 8 minutes to walk to Crash Boat, wasn't the case. Still a really nice small clean place.

lovely bungalow

Property was clean and comfortable. Beach towels and a cooler were provided for use. Washers and dryers available. The 8 minute walk to the beach is actually an 8 minute walk to the stairs that go down to the beach. The 127 steps back up were a bit much for us to climb, so we only did that once, and drove to beaches instead. I was a little disappointed to have to do that, but I would still stay there again.

Perfect for 2

Rafael's place was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful apartment grounds with access to personal hammock and sitting area to have morning coffee. Clean inside and not too hot. We were able to sleep with just fan and windows open. Would say the walk to Crash Boat is actually only 8-10min depending on how fast you are walking. Stairs were not too difficult to manage and definitely not a determent to going back and forth to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great, quiet stay

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in March. This is a gated rental property (numerical code on the gate to get in) with 4 separate small buildings and I believe it was 5 different places to rent. I'm so happy we got to stay here. It's a 1 bedroom (TV included with a rental login for Netflix) with a kitchen, and bathroom. Outdoors there are washing machines and lines to dry on, outdoor showers for sand, and beautiful plants.Extra fans were provided since the air conditioner is in the bedroom. When we went, it stayed around 85 degrees during the day with a heat index of 95-100ish, but I never felt hot inside. We kept the windows open during the day for the breeze and closed everything up to use the air conditioning for a few hours at night just to cool it off enough to get to sleep. It was so quiet and peaceful and was a short walk to the beach. We didn't have a problem getting to the beach, but you should know there are a good amount of stairs right at the end of the walk that might be problematic for very young or people with mobility issues. Each day that we went, there were food and drink vendors at the beach and a beach bar/restaurant that you could purchase from and take to the beach. We ended up driving anywhere else that we went, so I suggest a vehicle if you want to explore farther than that. I messaged with the host with no issues and met 2 very nice ladies that help keep the property clean. I highly recommend this property and hope to get to go back sometime!

This property was great for a short stay. It was convenient to everything in the surrounding area. It was very clean and in a cute, quiet neighborhood.

Great little place.

Perfect little home away from home. Didn’t get to use the kitchen because of all the restaurants near by but it was nice to have. Clean place and beautiful beach. It is nice that it is gated for safety. Would recommend.
