Shared Amenities and Usage Guidelines:
We are pleased to offer the following shared amenities between Unit 1 and Unit 2:
Patios:
- Unit 1 and 2 have access to the downstairs patio.
- Unit 2 has access to the upstairs patio.
Beach Equipment: All beach items, including umbrellas, chairs, buggy, cooler, and surfboards, are available for shared use between both units.
Laundry Room: The laundry room is also a shared space. We kindly ask all guests to be courteous and to respect each other's time and belongings while using this facility.

Parking can sometimes be challenging to find in the area. However, there is convenient parking available less than a block away, located between the painted houses and the park to the south. We recommend utilizing this area for a hassle-free parking experience. Thank you!

✔️ No unregistered guests — Only those included in the booking are allowed on the property.
✔️ No pets — Bringing a pet without prior approval may result in immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300.00 cleaning fee.
✔️ No smoking indoors — Smoking (tobacco or 420-friendly) is allowed outdoors only. Please use ashtrays and keep the area clean. No littering.
✔️ AC setting — Do not lower the temperature below 70°F to prevent freezing. Damaged air conditioners will result in a maintenance fee.
✔️ No parties or events — Large gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from property non refundable. Damage to property and extra cleaning fees will apply.
✔️ Food policy — Keep food out of bedrooms to prevent bugs and stains. A $75 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
✔️ Quiet hours — 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
✔️ Be a good neighbor — No parking on neighboring properties and no causing disturbances.
✔️ Respect the home — Do not damage, break, or misuse anything. Keep the property clean during your stay.
✔️ Plumbing care — Only toilet paper in the toilet; do not flush any other items.
✔️ Follow the guidebook — Guests are responsible for any issues caused by not following provided instructions.
✔️ Check-in & check-out — Follow standard times unless prior approval is given for early arrival or late departure.
✔️ Return items to their place — All furniture, appliances, and household items must be left where you found them. Missing or damaged items will incur charges.
