This two-story luxurious 'Villa Seadream Estate' offers all luxuries in order to spend relaxed weeks in a stunning ambiance and the fantastic climate of Florida. It offers more than enough space and comfort for up to 20 people. There are 3 huge master suites and 3 other large bedrooms, all equipped with luxury furniture and kingsize beds. There is an additional bedroom, where up to 4 kids can sleep. Through the diverse options in the house and the surrounding area, you can enjoy every minute of your holiday. The beach can be reached by bicycle or on foot, along with the tennis and squash courts or the marina. Supermarkets and a lot of good restaurants are also nearby. The large pool deck invites you to relax by the pool, but also to have a grill festival in the evening. Boat lovers will appreciate it that you just need a few minutes from the house to the river, of course, without having to go under bridges and through locks. The villa is in a very exclusive and peaceful location, which has cycling and jogging paths.


Environment: A paradise for sun lovers, water sports lovers, fishers and golfers. Countless tennis courts and golf courses in Cape Coral and the surrounding area. Florida is recommended for all seasons due to its mild, sub-tropical climate. In the Spring, Fall and Winter, the temperatures are about 20-30 C, in the summer about 30-35 C. The water in the Gulf of Mexico is rarely cooler than 20 C and reaches temperatures of up to 34 C during the summer. In Cape Coral, all imaginable tropical plants grow due to the sub-tropical climate. Shopping around the clock - the shopping centres and supermarkets in the entire region guarantee this. Restaurants and bars for all tastes and friendly service can be found everywhere. Good doctors and a modern hospital are available in Cape Coral. Alternatively, a lot of airlines fly to the airport in Miami (2.5 hr from our villa) or Orlando (3.5 hr from our villa). Rental cars are inexpensive directly at the airport through different agencies like Alamo, Hertz, Budget and can also be returned directly at the airport. There are 40 parks and lakes in Cape Coral, along with countless dream beaches like Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. You will find water parks, fun parks and everything that is fun directly on site. Only a few hours away by car is Disney World with all of its attractions, Busch Gardens and countless other parks.
