Íntimo y tranquilo - Villa privada en la playa.

Si está buscando unas vacaciones tranquilas, relajantes y privadas, no busque más. Lo acabas de encontrar. Sampaguita es un pequeño complejo orientado a adultos compuesto por 14 villas privadas, justo en la playa. Es el único complejo de este tipo en el área de Los Cabos. Las unidades de estilo bungalow dobles adjuntas están construidas en un semicírculo que rodea el área de la piscina y dan al océano. Es realmente un lugar especial. Nuestra villa n. ° 9 se encuentra en la parte trasera del complejo y mira directamente a los meticulosos jardines, a las piscinas y al océano. El sol de la mañana sale de la terraza es increíble.

Es tan tranquilo aquí, serán momentos en que tendrás la piscina e incluso la playa, para ti solo. La piscina está a 20 yardas de la puerta del patio, por lo que la cocina y el baño siempre son convenientes. Y no más empacar el auto para ir a la playa. Olvidé el protector solar o necesito otra cerveza, la casa está a solo 50 yardas de la playa. Vacaciones en Sampaguita realmente son vacaciones. Cuando haya tenido suficiente de la piscina, las canchas de tenis se encuentran directamente en la puerta trasera de la villa # 9.

Great location, but needs some attention

We absolutely loved the location of the villa. It’s right on the beach and walking distance to Cabo Adventures, a very large supermarket, restaurants, and an ice cream shop. But the screen door was broken, my daughter accidentally opened the garage door in her bedroom which we couldn’t get to close all the way, and we saw some cockroaches on the last day we were there.

Thanksgiving holiday

Spent 4 beautiful days in this lovely condo. Spacious and well stocked. Our family had a lovely stay. We loved that it was a small complex and that we could just go in and out to our place for whatever we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Nice comfortable spot

My wife and another couple with children stayed here for a few nights. The accom's were clean and comfortable and served us very well. The pool was a key asset and was lovely and clean. I would recommend this place for friends and family

Even better than listing!

Home was clean, well stocked and had comfortable beds and furniture. Home even has water and sand toys, a cooler and a couple of beach chairs and tennis equipment. Grounds were immaculate with gorgeous landscaping, plenty of comfortable chairs, pools and a hot tub, and gorgeous views of the beach. Extremely safe and private.

We recently stayed at Sampuguita Villas for our daughter’s college graduation trip, and it was everything we hoped for…and more. Amazing location. This complex was so well maintained and the location is so close to grocery stores in town. We didnt want to do the all inclusive and this was fabulous. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. We will be back.

The residence was as described. The facilities were perfect for our family. Nice calm setting minus the current construction noise next to the facility. Convenient to local grocery, Downtown San Jose and Marina. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to get away from the larger resorts. Property manager was great in helping with all aspects of the unit and facilities.

Beautiful setting…lots of flowering plants. Lovely villa. Well stocked villa; all essentials and then some. Comfortable beds. Garage bedroom has 2 beds. Great communication with Kendra The only cons are no beach swimming and a somewhat uncomfortable couch. And maybe too much large furniture.

Perfect location, Palms and Beach and amenities

The location was better than I expected. Seriously you are right on the beach. The sound of the waves crashing was all we heard at night. Gardens are impeccable. Many of the units are owner occupied so lots of pride of ownership. There is construction next door as mentioned but it was not an issue especially for this unit. The tennis courts were right out our back door and we were the only ones using them. I timed the walk to the grocery store, 6 minutes and it has everything you could imagine. Lovely restaurants nearby (try Cynthia’s and Lateral beside the grocery store) lots more downtown. A 40 minute walk downtown but there are lots of UBERs everywhere. Unit is stocked with everything you could need, lots of extras. Not ultra modern but nice and comfortable. Paul was very responsive with our inquiries. We will be back

The condo was peaceful and clean. There was a lot of privacy with mostly locals on the beach. Air conditioner worked great. Close walk to shopping.

Excellent location

This villa was perfect for us. The location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the grocery store, ice cream shop, restaurants and Covid testing place. We enjoyed the sunrises and so many walks on the beautiful beach. An added bonus was seeing whales every day. Sampaguita landscaping and pools were really well maintained and stunningly beautiful. We really appreciated that the common areas were so quiet and peaceful. We loved staying here!

Great getaway

We had a great time at this condo. It was the first time that we stayed so centrally located which made it really accessible to access the bike lanes and take morning walks in town, as well as getting to the playground and the grocery. The complex is also really unique with a small number of units. At times, we had the whole space to ourselves, which would never happen at some of the bigger complexes!

Another great stay at Sampaguita

My husband and I have stayed at this complex many times in other units and we love it. The complex is well located, right on the beach, its quiet and relaxing and because there are only 14 units and only a few are rentals, usually there aren't too many people there. Grocery store is very close by. This unit was as nice as the others we've stayed in. Beds comfortable (soft), kitchen had all the things we needed, the shower in the upstairs master was great. Bathroom lighting is a bit dim. It was nice to have a dining table on the patio so we could eat outside. The common pool area also had tables, so we ate out there some too. Gas grill available at the unit too in case you catch some fish! Sunrises from the upstairs bedroom were beautiful. Pools were perfect temp as well. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The property manager was excellent and helpful. We had a small issue with the A/C and she had someone over to look at it shortly after we mentioned it. She also helped arrange transfers from the airport as well, and that company was great too. We went for a long weekend just to relax and staying at this complex and this unit perfectly met our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

As soonest you come in you can feel that you are on vacation the pool the ocean near by and the house just wow!!! my mom and uncles were just amazed. The first night we had problems with the A / C but right away they let us use the next house to us because it was really late. first thing in the morning a technician was fixing the A / C. Other than that we fall in love with place, the property big, clean, organize, friendly people and what I love the most landlords came over on our last night just to say hi and be sure we had an incredible time.

The Best Tropical Vacation in Cabo

My daughter and I take a 1 week vacation every year and leave our husbands at home , sort of girls night out... We spend the last 10 years going to Cancun, Playa del Carmen and most recently to Puerto Morelos. We wanted to make a change this year and decided on Cabo. I did a lot of research on VRBO and was glad I found Sampaguita. We do not like to stay in large properties , too many people and to much noise. Sampaguita fit our needs exactly, very quite, very luxurious and well maintained. We could not have asked for a better place. Villa number 9 sits right in the middle and has a direct view to the ocean. The villa is absolutely fabulous , well stocked with everything you might need, soft comfortable beds, plush towels comfortable furnishings inside and out. Mark the manager and his wife met us on arrival and where most helpful. We also met some of the owners of the property and everybody was super nice. The big Mega supermarket is less than a 10 minutes walk, Cynthia's Restaurant 5 minute walk and very good Organic food. Great salads. We ate twice at the Tropicana Restaurant in San Jose and can highly recommend it , most delicious Lobster Tail and very reasonable. To get there we took the local bus, which stops everywhere just flag it down and it's only 11 pesos. Very easy and convenient no need to rent a car. We also did the Art Walk on Thursday night, unfortunately it was raining and not to many people out. We felt absolutely safe the place is gated and the property is a tropical paradise , flowers everywhere lots of colorful birds and plenty of lounges and umbrella tables around the pool. We had the pool all to our self most of the time. The beach is wide and never busy , good for long walks but no swimming in the ocean , the waves where very high at times and no one goes in to swim. This was the most relaxing vacation we had in a long time, we definitely are going back next year. Thank you Dianne for letting us stay in your beautiful villa!

Ocean front paradise

My husband and I have stayed at your Sampaguita Villa over the years and love it. We enjoy the beautifully manicured gardens complete with humming birds hovering around us in the early morning while we eat our breakfast on the deck. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. We love to walk on the beach, which is quiet and peaceful, often witnessing whales or rays surfacing on the water. The villa is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. We love to cook, so we often buy our food from the local market or the Mega, that are so close by. My husband often finds some tennis partners staying at Sampaguita, so we get to know other guests there. Access to golf courses are close and first class.My favourite activity is the art walk on Thursday nights. The sound of the crashing waves often put us to sleep at night. I like that it is a smaller, gated community, as we always feel safe. Spending time at Sampaguita feels like a true get away.

Beyond our Expectations!

We were delighted when we arrived at Sampaguita Villas for our week of rest and relaxation. It was perfect. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The condo seems somewhat secluded from everything yet it's an easy walk to the grocery store and other amenities. Having a large grocery store so close to the condo was a great convenience. We were able to get everything we needed and ended up staying in most nights. We actually had a hard time tearing ourselves away from the condo and ended up not seeing much of Cabo. We did get to downtown San Jose however and it was worth the outing. It's very charming and again, a short drive from the condo. We loved strolling the streets in the evening and browsing all the art shops. This is one of the most enjoyable vacations we've ever had. We'll definitely be returning to Cabo again soon, as well as this condo. It fit our needs perfectly, it was very clean comfortable and it would be tough to beat this location that offers so much. We'll be back.

Overall nice place if you are extremely quiet and don't mind a bedroom in the garage

My wife and I spent a week with our two kids (6 & 8) at Sampaguita Villas in March 2010 -- it's a lovely place except two issues. First are the neighbors who complained. Evidently children playing in the pool at 5 p.m. is a distraction for other residents, who complained to the condo president who harassed us multiple times. Another owner at the property warned us the condo president likes to harass the "renters." He told us we weren't welcome back. No worries there. Also, while this property is advertised as a three bedroom unit -- the third bedroom is a bed in the GARAGE, complete with loud squeaking garage door. If you have no children or very quiet kids and don't mind a bed in the garage, this place will definitely meet your expectations...

Great place to stay

The villla is in a wonderful, quiet compound with a beautiful pool and ocean front view. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with basics- we cooked most of our meals at home. It is close to the Mega and only about 1 1/2 miles to downtown--it is an easy walk or a quick, 70 peso bus ride. We enjoyed shopping and trying different restaurants in San Jose--we went to Cabo on the bus one day--don't bother--it's dirty and expensive--San Jose is much nicer! We loved sitting around the pool and beach combing. Thanks, Dianne and Paul for sharing your special home with us!

The condo at Sampaguita w...

The condo at Sampaguita was beyond any expectations we had. My family was very impressed and our stay there was so fantastic. It was like a tropical paradise with the sound of the waves, the beautiful grounds and the beach access. Mark and Chichella, the managers, were wonderful to us and made our stay very comfortable. We truly fell in love with San Jose and the people. We can't wait to go back.
